Not everyone in Aus Post is bad - But
It's true, not everyone in Australia Post is incompetent, dishonest, apathetic etc... Or a utterly clueless.... But my own personal experiences have left a seriously shitty taste in my mouth, to the point that Australia Post will NEVER EVER again get any business what so ever - if I can help it at all.... Where ever possible - All parcels are being sent by courier. All correspondence is being sent via email. All bills are by direct debit, credit card, over the phone etc... There is now NO reason at all, to engage them for anything. A passport? I don't believe in taking sides on a round planet - it's everyone's home. I sent all of the managers a letter stating - "Consider this to be your letter of resignation. etc.. Your management and service is so appalling that I have decided that you are no longer working for me".
