These postings of Brittany, in 3 whole lines of text, amount to succinct, clear, to the point, pure genius. Brittany Villafañe-Dvoracek posted to ‎ Australia Post I have never encountered a company that is so filled with FUCKWITS! Seriously?! Gan Eden correct. a very dysfunctional company Australia Post Hello Brittany, I’m awfully sorry that you feel this way about us Can you provide me with a little more information so that we can offer you assistance? -Rory Gan Eden LMAO Brittany Villafañe-Dvoracek     How about you lose everything in the mail and then you don't compensate for anything and as customers we are meant to lodge an investigation which amounts to nothing!!    Why can't you get with the rest of the world and start implementing some technology and quit wasting everyone else's time and money!

More people dump Australia Post, and exit the revolving door for good.

The days of the local post office being the centre of the town are LONG gone.... There are plenty of post offices, that are run by people who really ought to have never been given the contract, the service and attitudes are SO bad, that if the competition opened across the road, they would be out of business overnight. Yes the following people complain - probably a few of the visible ones amongst the millions of people who do and yes, maybe perhaps the area manager might waggle their finger at them.... and then what? There was never a test to understand customer service or basic consumer ethics to get the job - only the capacity to rubber stamp forms and talk corporate speak. Natalie Wells posted to ‎ Australia Post January 28 Marayong LPO (NSW) has to be the worst post office I have ever been to.  In the five years my husband and I have lived in Marayong, we have always dreaded any trips to this post office.  The staff are rude, and make many customers feel as if they ar...

Roya Ghorishy posted to ‎ Australia Post I paid for a mail redirection mid last year but regardless of that a package was delivered to my old address.  The person at that address fraudulently signed for my parcel.  When I called AusPost to query why the tracking said the parcel was delivered despite the fact that I had not received it, they checked and confirmed the mail redirection i.e. the service I paid for, had failed.  Through my previ ous landlord I was able to contact the person at that property and she admitted to having the parcel and asked me to pick it up.  I notified AusPost and was told NOT to retrieve the parcel. I provided the details to AusPost including the persons name, contact phone number and the times she advised she was available (with her permission) to have the parcel picked up.  I was told that they would do a 10 day investigation and retrieve the parcel for me. A couple of weeks went by and I didn't hear anything, so I ca...

Australia Post - sends Australian business's broke

http://queenbcandles.wordpress.com/2013/04/08/australia-post-charges-killing-australian-small-business/ Australia Post charges… killing Australian small business 8 April 2013 by queenbcandles I did a facebook post on this earlier today but realised that I had so much to say that it really warranted a blog post! Today (with no prior warning), Australia Post put up their shipping charges by an average of 30% .  It is a short-sighted attempt to cash in on online shopping but actually just puts another nail in the coffin of Australian small business.   Small business is Australia’s largest employer with approximately 2.7 million small businesses in Australia employing over 5 million people .  That’s around 2/3rd’s of the labour force.  This price gouge will be a direct hit on many of them. You will very rarely find me whinging about running Queen B.  I love it passionately.  I consider it a privilege to do what I love 80 ho...
