Australia post couldn't run a brothel never mind a delivery service, takes 4 days from NSW to North lakes, Cos they're delivery drivers are tired, few months ago my parcel got delivered to a completely different address and nothing like my address, put in about half a dozen complaints not got one response from any of them, this is why customers are staring to use Couriers!!!!!

Natalie Bell So Australia post is currently running a competion in magazines (posty of the year) can we choose anyone else but Australia post? 
I can't wait for you guys to have competition your mailing system is a joke! How is it that we get packages from china faster then those from the same state as us? The public have to stand up and say enough enough! We are not in the 1950s with pigeons delivering our mail... though at many times it seems that way.. only not quite as efficient, as the birds got their jobs done!!

Trina Doch Lol I have let you know 6 times on my Aus account so please do not try to seem all concerned now. I have also called this morning to be told well drivers get tired (BS) comes to mind!!!!! Still in NSW what a bloody disgrace!!!!!!

Post Offices + PO Boxes = Pffft.

We do not have a street delivery where we are. The local PO has told us that anything not addressed to our PO Box will no longer be put into our box but will be kept inside behind the counter as per Australia Post advice.  When I rang Australia Post to query this they said it is  NOT the case in an area where there is no street delivery (which is what we were told when we first got a PO Box) and it is the local PO who have made this decision, not Austpost. We took the PO Box in the first place so we could actually get our mail because we couldn't get to the shop when it was open! This new policy will affect a number of customers.
