3 Parcels in one day go missing, so we get you to investigate all 3. 

At 11.28am this morning you e-mail me to ask for information on the contents (on one of them) etc so you can check the Returned Mail Redistribution Centre,

I e-mail back a detailed description, so you can check at 11.37am, 

You e-mail me back quick smart at 11.49am telling me you can't find it, you have checked the contents and can't find a match. 

I call Rubbish how can you check the contents of all those missing parcels ( all the unopened ones ) in 12 minutes. 

Oh and that was only one parcel I guess I will expect 2 more e-mails to arrive with the same response!
