Four times this week your postal contractor has left a "You Have a Parcel" card in my letterbox despite the fact that I was at home and our gate was wide open! I have lived here for three years and in all that time this contractor has not once attempted to deliver a parcel, but would rather leave a card in the letterbox than do their job properly. I paid for parcel post and now I have to go 15 minutes out of my way to a Post Office that isn't even my local PO! Great service Australia Post. I think I will use couriers from now on, they have no issue with delivering person to person.

What is the point of having registered post with a tracking number if it is never used??? I had something posted 3 days ago and it is still showing up as "no events currently found". Australia post is totally hopeless!

Posted a parcel to the US before Christmas 2012, it never arrived. Ten days ago I posted a parcel from Ballarat to go to Warrnambool, it has not arrived. Not good enough.

Australia Post.... Can you please try KNOCKING when you are delivering parcels please. I'm sick of getting slips to pick up parcels but can't get until the next day, but i was home all along!! Also the little old lady who was at the post office the same time I was and had walked from the next suburb only to be told her parcel is not there until tomorrow either AND she had been home the entire time also.
AND please kindly STOP breaking my packages I'm sending! there's really only so much wrapping and boxing that can be done!! Oh and one of them i was told I couldn't insure the express post satchel, so what now!!

I sent a large parcel around 20 kg to Melbourne but the driver sent it back to the sender's address and claimed that there was only one address on the box. I filed the case almost three weeks ago and called every single day asking them to come pick up and redeliver the parcel but the delivery centre just keeps ignoring the case and kept sending the response saying that the driver recalled there was one address on the box.
I don't think we can use the term "recall" in the investigation case. If you want to investigate and very confident that it wasn't the driver's fault then ask me for the photo of the box so you will see there are 2 addresses on the box.
If it is a small package, i wouldn't bother to ask you to come pick it up again but this is a very large heavy box and it is delivered back to my office in the city. I just can't lift it and take to the post office by myself and it doesn't make sense for someone else to lift it and take it to the post office.
You made the mistake then you just have to responsible for it. The customer service was trying to help by submitting the requests so many time but the deliver center just keeps ignoring. This is very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Normally the posties are good. However, not this one. Relatives have just moved out of the Sydney area. They are doing a lot of tree removal etc with the garden. The postie wrote on the letters "access blocked" so the mail wasn't delivered. The letterbox was not blocked at all. They let it go with no mail for a week. They complained to the post office. Next day the mail arrived. That's right the mail is now being thrown on the ground of the driveway. The access to the letterbox is not blocked. They have taken photos etc. Today, the mail again thrown on the ground. What do you do? This postie also has kicked a dog that has cancer in its leg. This is a placid dog. The postie is female , a liar and a bitch. As I said most posties are good, this one however should be sacked.

Hi,
I paid for an Item to be express delivered. Today the morning of its arrival I was out the front. I saw the delivery driver get out of his van with a package, he scanned the package and lobed it back into the van. I presumed it wasnt mine. I checked my tracking number online. It stated "attempted delivery." No letter, No attempt (because it needed to be signed for) he delivered the others which didnt require a signature. I have been to the post office once and obviously have to go back later. Shocking service.

Can someone explain to me why Berwick Post Office does NOT post out parcels on the same day they're lodged at that office? TWICE this week (the only 2 days we checked) they failed to meet their obligations. They were NOT busy those days and lodgement was not done at the last moment. I'm on a Contract but choose to pay as I go, not pay at the end of the month. So Australia Post is happy to take my money straight away (and it's cash or Debit Card) but is too slack to make sure parcels go out on time. We post 500+ parcels/large letters per week, Auspost says it can't pick up from us (5 mins by car from P/O) so we have to waste our time fighting traffic, roadworks & limited parking around Clyde Rd/Princes Hwy - only to find, our customers have to wait an extra day before they receive their parcels. IF they receive their parcels. Lazy delivery drivers are NOT putting collection cards in addressee's mail boxes but carding parcels to the local post office. Result? Parcels get returned to us. We get at least a couple of these 'unclaimed' parcels returned every day. We're paying for a service we're not receiving. Twice this week when I phoned the Business Support there, I was told someone would contact me - I've heard nothing. Customer care DOES NOT EXIST with Australia Post. For those Facebookers reading this who post a lot of parcels weekly, get a Platinum account with e-go.com.au - you can pay with Paypal, they'll pick up from you, have much cheaper rates if you're posting to metroploitan areas interstate & will deliver one day sooner. I don't know why I even bother with Australia Post.

Never use Australian Post international courier service. They tell you that it will take 2 - 4 days. In my past two experience one took 10 days to Singapore and another 8 days to Kuala Lumpur. Any other courier service will deliver half of the time and a cheaper price
