Customer service in its finest form, lodge complaint as I PAID for my mail to be placed on hold (as the worker at post office said this cost you as you are getting a service) only to arrive home to mail and parcels being delivered....
Ring and make a complaint, 2 weeks later and no phone call after being told someone would call in 2 days... Go into post office no one can help there...
Call up its been investigated, so sorry, won't happen again, well I have paid for a service I didn't receive, response we will get consultant to call you back but that can take up to 10 days...
Oh in the meantime we know you need to put your mail on hold again, trust us this won't happen again, can't even call a customer back, how can I expect you to place mail on hold even when you pay for the service

I can see from your file that we are currently investigating the issue and we will be calling you back once the investigation is complete. The maximum timeframe for the investigation is 10 business days, but hopefully we can call you back before then. I'm sorry that you have been told the wrong information regarding our investigation times.
You are entitled to a refund for any period that the mail hold has failed, and this will be discussed with you when our back office staff member calls you regarding the matter.
Again, sorry that this has happened Hayley. Please allow a little more time for this to be investigated. We will be in contact soon.

Hayley McLennanWhat I find interesting is that you say 10 days...But I originally lodged investigation on the 8th so its already been 10 business days...Now to wait another 10 business days, so in total 4 weeks to wait until someone gets back to me...Oh but when you put your mail on hold next week again we promise it won't happen again and please pay us for our service again (one that you once again won't receive).We do use a courier for all our mail services, its the incoming that's the issue, wondering how sorry they would have been if the parcels that were left on my door step for the weekend had been stolen...
