Australia Post has a lot of BAD review sites.
The good thing about these, is that while the Australia Post Social Media Customer Care Team - DO DELETE - all the posts they don't like, from their Facebook page - not only can you lodge your complaint ON their Facebook page, but you also lodge it on other sites where the Australia Post Social Media Customer Care Team cannot delete your posts.

I have put them up here for posterity - before they too are subject to Australia Post's revisionist history.

Lisa Merritt I am sick of my postie JAMMING THICK envelopes with important papers into my letterbox. Yes i have 2 slots in my letterbox but why jam thick envelopes into the hole that it is NOT going to fit in ESPECIALLY when it is raining and hangs out the front of my l.b.

Lisa Merritt This was the actual postie not parcel but I did have that problem too Alyse, made a complaint on here an was told to make a formal complaint which i ended up making 4 against the same parcel bitch and this morning i had a very polite and friendly new parcel delivery guy who came up to my fromt door & knocked and even spoke to my dog or was behind the side gate growling.
The parcel bitch i had THREW my packages up my verandah, would NOT knock on my door even wen bub was sitting at the flyscreen making noise & when i rushed outside to ask her why she had thrown my package & not knocked, she started going off at me in her own language. That p*ssed me off even more but todays postie is gona cop a mouthfull coz its not the first time he has done it & todays papers, i hav to get the company to resend them and hope the postie doesnt do te same thing again or beg the company to email them to me.

Australia Post Hi Lisa,
I am very sorry to hear of you issues concerning the delivery of your mail and that your initial Facebook Post disappeared. We do not delete posts without notifying the poster, though occasionally Facebook does hide some posts without our knowledge.
While posties are supposed to deliver all large and small letter mail to the letterbox and ordinanry letters are generally not carded for collection, they should not be forcing mail into the letterbox, or leaving it hanging out at all. If you forward the details here http://auspo.st/Yo35KS or call 13POST, we will take the matter up with your postie for you.

Peter Jones The best response to them deleting posts etc is to put them up after 6pm Fridays - they do not "work" beyond so called business hours. They deleted lots of mine; even 2 complimentary ones!!! (I say it as it is & our home Postie + delivery contractor + Licensed Post Office are truly excellent) shame about the experiences with our post outs to our customers. I notice any criticism of top management never, ever appears.

Catherine Rawson They wouldnt know customer service if it had the teeth of a white pointer and bit their asses, they are hopeless. Agree about not delivering when you are home, but then go to pick up a item to be told they dont have it, the first time i searched other post offices to see if it had been taken there waited patiently, but nooooooooo and the response of Australia post, the sender should have registered it. Well it wasnt lost, it was quite obviously stolen by the deliverer or the store qand not a apology or any attempt at compensation. My wish is for a competitor and they will not be used, i already send only email letters and cards and only at a last resort buy thier stamps

I am very sorry to hear that you are having troubles with the contractors attempting to deliver your packages and I understand your concerns.
I would recommend that you do lodge a complaint to 13POST or email http://auspo.st/TiZzh9 so that feedback can be passed onto the driver of your area. Once again I do apologize for the inconvenience caused when you are at home.

Couple of weeks ago i posted my concerns and issues i have with our postie. I believe this has been deleted as it wasnt a positive post for australia post. i was asked to lodge another formal complaint which i did and now have my response emailed to me. It is actually a slap in the face. It simply shows that the postie is GOD and we cant do anythign about it. If anything it will make him angrier and give him more reason to abuse us. My advise is never to complain about australia post as you will only make the situation worse. They have it all worked out in their favour

Australia Post Dear Sally
Could you please confirm for me which date you posted your post raising concerns as we do not delete posts? I would like to take a look at this for you to ensure this is not the case?
Do you have a reference number for your complaint?
I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Australia Post Hi Sally,
It is very disappointing to hear that the postie has been abusing due to your complaint, this certainly shouldn't be happening.
If you are able to post the reference number below we will be able to investigate further and we will be able to...See More

Sally Barsoum I think you missunderstood my message. I have had this reviewed and have had a letter explaining the decision of my review and it has been closed. But it is in no way in my favour nor has the problem been resolved. He hasnt written a threatening letter, thats not what i was trying to say. however it was stated in the review letter that his group leader has been contacted and he told them that what he is doing is right and he is allowed to do that. So the decision was made based on that and the case has been closed. So its a waste of time writing to any of you or lodging any complaints because at the end of the day australia post are right and customers are always wrong.
