When people go to their Facebook page - to seek help and leave feed back on the services and prices and the amount of their things that get stolen by Australia Post - The The Australia Post Social Media Customer Care Team, go around their Facebook page, deleting all the posts that people have put up - that they do not like.

If there are comments about Australia Posts management - they delete it.

If there are lots of people all posting on the same subject - like getting parcels stolen etc., they delete the thread.

If people raise these issues about them deleting posts, they block them from posting.

Hundreds of people have complained about having their posts deleted, and The Australia Post Social Media Customer Care Team, always turn around and say "Oh no - we never delete peoples posts".

The dishonesty, the censoring, the lying?

This is just more of the service that we have come to expect from Australia Post?

There used to be 20 or 30 or more people posting on that site a day, a year ago.

Now they are lucky to get 6 - 10 a day.

People are just wising up to "their" standard of service, the lying, the cover ups, the copy paste replies, responses that start around midday or later - to posts made at 8am in the morning.

All up this is a really BAD service.
