Tis the festive stealing season
Its that time of the year again, registered mail is getting sliced open with razor blades and contents removed, realy is a well paid job.
So irritated with Australia Post right now, how is it that things that are worth money, parcels, show tickets ect, go missing, and not get delivered, yet my bills always manage to arrive with no problems and on time

It is hardly surprising Aust Post is losing money. Their parcel service is unreliable and a package sent from Melbourne for delivery in Sydney city takes over 6 days and is still not delivered. The tracking system says it has been sitting at Kingsgrove since Tuesday at 4.45 am. I guess the last 10 Klm's are the toughest. Staff at 131318 are friendly and appear to want to help but when they try and contact the distribution centre they say no one answers. They are sympathetic but say they can do no more. Aust Post are expensive to use and unreliable. This is the second 'cock up' by Aust Post in the space of 4 weeks. Really frustrating.
Dear Australia Post, I am extremely upset with your service. I received a tracking for my order informing that it had been delivered but it wasn't. When I rang, you told me that you had actually given my parcel to someone else with a completely different name to me. What ever happened to ID checking? Lodging an investigation won't help me with anything and now my credit company has taken the money so I have essentially paid for something that I never received and someone else is now enjoying my goods. This is completely unacceptable and the worse service anyone can ever have!
Hows about you stop wasting time posting up crap on your facebook page and direct you resources to provide a better service like finding out where lost packages are and honouring your "insurance" on items like I sent to Kymbo Caravaners-Mate that australia post broke! Lets see how long it takes for this post to be deleted!!
