Australia Post - the most trusted brand? Yeah by who's bu$$shit survey?
I have seen surveys of Australia Post, promoted by Australia Post, saying that Australia Post is the most trusted brand in Australia.

Australia Post is one of the most trusted brands in Australia, ranking second in this year's AMR Reptrak brand reputation study of the country's 60 largest companies. The result is an improvement on last year, when Australia Post ranked three places lower.
I have seen other surveys ranking it at the 14th most trusted brand...
And yet real people who use the service, and have been regularly and all too often burnt badly by it, all too often rank it as the "Not to be trusted at all" brand.
On the Australia Post Facebook page - this is just NORMAL feedback, and forget the issue that it's predominantly one person here, who has been burnt badly and is having his moment on the soap box - this is the same grade of feedback that comes from thousands of totally unconnected people from ALL around the country.
Andy Firth Please consider using a courier! Don't post parcels with Australia Post. The rest of us have found out the hard way. It's probably cheaper via independent courier service too. I've lost a one off vintage reel to reel tape deck I bought on Ebay. It may yet turn up but I'd hate for you to go through what the rest of us have...

"Great instead of getting my package delivered, I was carded; and now I have to go all the way into town to pick up my parcel, that has just been stolen - thank goodness it's only 4 weeks late on a promised 3 day delivery!! Fuck I am so lucky. -

- Australia post seem to be constantly increasing prices and lowering service. Soon we will be paying to just throw our mail in the bin!

The most expensive but most unreliable and pathetic postal service in the world. Why you have a Facebook page is a wonder to me. You can't even get your lost item reports sorted within 2 weeks! I will NEVER use Australia Post to send a parcel.

Hi, I am trying to use this click and send thing but the only two options I get when trying to pay are "pay now with courier pickup" or "pay later at PO". I want to just pay and lodge it but I dont have that option?? I tried it with a normal itme and an item linked with ebay and still no luck whats the go?

Why are Australia Post parcel rates so ridiculously high? It is costing $150 to send just 30 LP records to a guy in the USA. That is horrendous.
