Australia Post vs. Product Review Postings.

This is really interesting....

Many people have expressed the desire to vote ZERO stars or a NEGATIVE amount of stars.

The inability to do this biases the voting.

Australia Post (overall)

2.2 stars out of 720 reviews.

Australia Post's Eparcel.

1.4 stars out of 161 reviews

Australia Post's Load and Go prepaid visa card.

1.5 stars from 38 reviews.

These are odd....

You see if things are genuinely GOOD, AVERAGE or BAD, the ratings or averages per say 100 reviews, will generally tend to reflect to a degree, the quality of the service.

But when there are only a few votes in, and they range from TOTALLY GLOWING 5 star reviews, and ONE STAR - BAD service; and there is nothing in between....

Could it be that Australia Posts grubby social media team, and their consumate lying and bullshitting, have been at it again - posting bogus glowing shiny reviews?

The "glowing shiny flawless service" reviews stink of the rubber stamp.

It's the ONE STAR reviews that show the difference between the shitting end and the biting end.

Vindictive - yes. But they also have substance. There are shit stains on the toe.
