Ahmed Fahour is rather antisocial - his number now diverts to the AP call centre.
So I guess after years of abysmal front line service and LONG call waiting times, and people who lie, scheme and bullshit you and refuse to escalate the calls, but they will - and only if pushed, take your number and pretend to give it to the supervisor / manager or divert your call to their answering machine etc., and they will never ever call you back etc., etc., etc...
I mean like why waste days of your time in dealing with dead shits who give you the run around, when you can skip the days of time wasting and expensive phone bills etc., and just call the executive?
Well not no more you don't......
No Siree.
Customer service is once more on the back burner for the 6 Million Dollar Man.
