As one person in a newspaper comment section noted:

Australia Post is spending Mega Bux to buy a mail sorting machine, to separate the SLOW mail from the Priority mail.... The idiot 2 speed mail system. Well the comment was when times get hard - all the other business's focus on doing a better job of supplying services and goods, and cutting costs etc... Australia Post - with it's idiot job shopping CEO, raises the cost of sending mail, from 65c t0 $1 for the slow mail and another 50c on top of that, for the priority mail.... And then figures out ways to SLOW DOWN mail deliveries AND do even less deliveries.... Big expensive machines - to be as badly run as their parcel sorting machines... (Dickheads) And a 3 day a week delivery service. Duh.... Paying way more for even less service, at a worse level than is currently implemented? It just smacks of insanity. So what can I say: Australia Post four fly business class to Europe despite $222 million loss http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/australia-post-four-fly-business-class-t...

Everytime I am FORCED into interacting with Australia Post - it really brings out the best in me.

For some fucking REASON, some trader listed their delivery service as TOLL overnight / 24 hour delivery..... Not that I am deeply impressed that it's TOLL or that it's a virtual same day delivery, I am impressed that it's just NOT Australia Post, who is doing the delivering. But somehow in the mix, some dumb cunt, somewhere, decided to change the game plan without NOTIFYING ME, and now another package is being sent to me, via Australia fucking Post, instead of TOLL.... And the network steps in to fuck it all up and the delivery comes up here.. gets sent back, or gets stolen again.... and so on and and so forth. And the hefty sprinkling of people - who go out of their way to either provide a shit service, or cover up for those who do, or to refuse to kick the dead wood out and go on the attack, against the customers, well they do a pretty good job of turning customers, into anti-customers. People who will not only NOT hire Australia Post, starting with the local thieving pos...

Aus Post Retard Management invents even stupider ways to piss off people

I wrote up a shit load on this subject of the Australia Post "Digital Mail Box", about how the idea probably would have been a GOOD idea - in the simplest sense, as an email server system, but that would have had to happen a LONG time ago, when there was Microsoft with all of it's drug fucked american corporate bullshit, and all the other email services were really crap as well but in lots of bad ways.... However Google and co., have essentially sorted the technical needs of email out and so the Aus Post Digital Mail Box, is more like a dessicated corpse laying in the desert sun... Then tack on all the really mind fuck stupid BULLSHIT - that comes with the service it's self.... Then you get just how BADLY Australia Post is run... And then, the DICK HEADS running Australia Post are NOW into really fucking manipulative techniques, to make people sign up to using it... Scummy con-job inducements.... And quite rightfully, the now "leaving Australia Post in droves...

Awesome - Idiot Post comes back to get bit on it's own bum.

This is a great little glut of systemic fuck ups.... I will itemise them.   Australia Post customers take to Facebook over New Year’s Eve store closures  http://www.news.com.au/finance/business/other-industries/australia-post-customers-take-to-facebook-over-new-years-eve-store-closures/news-story/ CUSTOMERS have slammed Australia Post for closing shop on an (1) unofficial public holiday in an angry response that will only be inflamed as the price of stamps jump to $1 from Monday.  Many customers have taken to the postal service’s Facebook page to vent their fury that (2) post offices were closed on New Year’s Eve, while (3) Christmas packages remained undelivered. The Herald Sun understands (4) many staff had a rostered day off last Thursday, the last day of 2015, which was (5) not a public holiday. Australia Post said (6) selected post offices were open but (7) no list of the open stores was made publicly available. (8) “No notice anywhere that anyone is ...
