The feed back for Australia Post on Product review is dismal and accellerating.


Nearly 1300 out of nearly 1800 reviews rate Australia Post as terrible.

It's spread over 148 web pages, and about 350 questions.

I think the reason why so many people are putting their postings and questions on this forum - which I started by the way - is because the people in Australia Post have just so totally fucked up their Facebook page by these methods.

They cram a contact site, with advertisements.

(What did I hear that right? Yeah - you did)


They delete threads.

They lie, bullshit and give people the run around.

The answers are typically lip service bullshit..


So I get the sense that not only are people running away from Australia Post in droves - but given how badly Fat Head Fahour and his team of termites are running everything - all the Australia Post communication channels - in their all pervasive stupidity and the failure to take action - and how much time wasting is involved, to essentially get the "go fuck yourself" non response

People are just abandoning all of Australia Post communication channels, such as the national call centre phone line, the Facebook page, etc., and not only do they not want to put up any more shit in their deliveries - they know that Australia Post is bad and getting worse, but communicating with them is a waste of time.

And by posting their feed back and questions into a forum,that Australia Post's management, can't exert any control over, the people can say their piece - express the grievances, it's open, public and the generally worthless responses are up there for all to see...

Australia Post - can't conduct their crap in secret.


However the Aussie Post retards, answer all the questions with - this statement:

But everyone knows that this is pointless, a waste of time,  and many people just can't be fucked with signing onto an Australia Post website, running on Dodgy Tech software - while having to establish an account,  just to lodge a complaint - which is why the NON Australia Post sites and forums are getting all the complaint traffic.

LOL - the now increasingly EX customer base, is no longer complaining to Australia Post, about the really shitty service, they are getting from Australia Post, via the Australia Post channels, only to cop more shitty service - they like their business, are taking their complaints elsewhere as well.

I mean what can you say to that?

Double LOL?

I think that spells a really dire position for any business to be in.

It's like a plane nose diving out of the sky, and digging a crater and lighting the fire, in advance of the crash, at the impact point.
