Ida Lai Clearly we need to resort to Facebook to get in touch with customer service. I have a parcel that was delivered and signed for to ShopMate on 25/07. I sent a customer service enquiry and I have yet to receive any form of reply. When I try to locate my parcel, I get an error message saying that it cannot be found. Do the ShopMate employees only work when it's convenient for them or are they always on break? This is not the first or second time that I've had to contact AP regarding a parcel that cannot be found.
Marie Elizabeth I wrote a message but it didn't get answered so I better put it here. I have a parcel from the US and one form the UK arriving with no tracking even though I confirmed with both of them to receive tracking and sign for. What can I do to make sure my parcels are not stolen seeing as the last one that came not signed for had its contents stolen leaving me with an empty box...?
Lee Sharp I would like to register a complaint about the mail service, which I have been receiving or rather not receiving over the past 6 months. I have not received 2 water rates notices. At least 2 phone bills and now I have just found out my car is not registered only by checking the website. My renewal was sent on 3/6/16 and I still have not received it, which has now cost me money, because it was not renewed on time. I am the treasurer of one of our local community groups which I have also not received 2 water rates and a electricity bill. I have spoken to a number of people and they are having the same problems. I would like to have some answers as to why we are not receiving mail. I also had 4 accounts, which I paid for the community group which have gone missing and had to put a stop on the cheques and reissue them. These all had return addresses and I have not received them back so where are they.
Rob Doessel Wee why would you use this useless mob. They forge your signiture on a signiture on delivery item so you never receive it and then keep you in the dark with their supposed investigation. The leave items in an unsafe place multiple times. People just pay the extra and use a freight company. They will be quicker and more honest. Not like this bunch
Australia Post Hi Rob,
Is there a particular matter you need assistance with?...See More
Rob Doessel I have had a parcel that sent signiture upon delivery. Your web site tells me it was delivered and therefore signed for but I was not home at the time it says. I have an open ticket with you but I am getting no reply. A week ago you requested a copy of my signiture.. And I have provided and herd nothing since. You or rig told me you needed 10 business days to sort it out. So far we are at about 17. There was insurance on the items but what value can you put on my grandparents WW2 medals, dog tags, certificigates. The insurance will probably cover the value of the iPad and iPhone that was also in the parcel. The sender was shown a copy of the signiture and they remarked that it was not my signiture. I have repeatedly requested a copy of the signiture and the name of the driver to pass on to police as there is a case of a forged signiture and theft of the items but have had no help from your office.
