It's really no wonder people are not using Australia Post anymore! Firstly the price to send anything when compared to the service is pathetic! The next time I'm the only one in my local shop and have to wait for them to finish their conversation to serve me won't be the first.
I have had packages (with tracking) disappear, after calling Australia post to try to find this package I was pretty much told too bad. Since then I have had packages sent and returned to the sender (with correct address) and most recently I have been waiting on an envelope (that has been sent twice) to arrive, the first one was sent in the beginning of August. How can you even call this service?? I would be better off with a carrier pigeon!

Hi Suz, it certainly sounds like you have had a poor experience with us lately, for which I am very sorry. I would very much like to look into the matter with your mail a bit further, so if possible, could you log a complaint at http://auspo.st/293Tyk9 and then reply here with your case number? I can check if there are any known delivery issues with your address and provide feedback to your local delivery centre so we can work on improving the service for you.
