Yep, AusPost is a joke. Always losing parcels, never taking responsibility. Always excuses (it must be this, it must be that). And you're about to put up your prices AGAIN! You guys are actually detrimental to my business. Time and time again and again. You are a monopoly today but I can't wait for the day a competitor enters the market and shows you how to run a business efficiently.

Australia Post - yes, you can tell me where this item is: 60025257571099? I have since sent the buyer a replacement item (via express post as well) meaning I am out of pocket considerably for a mistake that wasn't mine. I have yet to hear back from AP as to the parcels where abouts. The parcel was addressed correctly (I photograph all satchels before sending to avoid this excuse being used by AP) so know it is not an issue on my end. Can you provide an update?

Totally agree! My partners parcel has been bouncing backwards and forwards NINE TIMES from Chullora NSW to Underwood QLD for over a month now and what has Aust Post done about it? NOTHING except given "Sorry we can not do anything for you" excuses. The sender has contacted them, my partner has contacted them and it is still currently ping ponging from the 2 sorting facilites I mentioned above. Was back in Underwood Qld as of yesterday so more than likely on it's way back to Chullora NSW today....It's beyond a joke now. $500 worth of products and no help from Auspost....
