Another Day of Endless Bullshit at Fahours Afailure Post.
I get the feeling that Fahour and the rest of the dimwits are planting personal testimonies on the Aus Post Facebook Page - simply because the real feed back has a 50-60% "This is so bad we are leaving" rate of comments, from shit service, huge delays, and stuff being stolen; and the fucking dimwits are saying, "Oh Australia Post is Perfecto - everything comes on time, the service is so good, and we never have had any problems" - and some of the AAA ratings are from people now working for Australia Post.
However - the blunter critiques include people who USED to work at Australia Post, who say, "Service + Standards = Years Ago. Got so bad, we quit. Service is now end to end, Total Shit - Using Officeworks / Sendle etc., NEVER using Australia Post again." - as all the other customers are.
And the disparity is glaring.

Don't give up hope on Au Post I'm still hopeful they will deliver the documents I sent to Gold Coast in May ... from Nth Brisbane 😡 but I am remaining positive can't rush these things ... and they did assure me they weren't lost I just needed to be patient 😱

Hey Kate, I've had a look through your previous conversations with us here on Facebook and have checked the cases that you have logged with us.
As this article doesn't have a tracking number it's really tricky for us to look into this, especially with the amount of time that has passed. With the cases you have logged I can see you have tried to send us an image of the collection card but the file is to large so we can't view it. Could you try to send us a private message with the image here on Facebook? We may have some more luck doing it this way.
Also in the private message could you please provide a detailed description of the contents and let us know if you have spoken to the sender to see if they have received this back at all?

The 7 image's could be why we can't access the email. Can you just send two images? One image of the front of the card and one of the back?

Why on earth would people want to buy online and have stuff sent via Australia Post?? We sent an order Adelaide to Melbourne with tracking. It has taken 19 days to arrive there. We lodged a search / complaint but as usual absolutely no response in the following days from Australia Post. Tracking #:63224600556098.
I would accept it if it is a one off but this is the sixth occasion we have had parcels take 10 plus days to arrive to another state in the last 45 days. STILL NO EXPLANATION for the ridiculously poor service. Still no compensation for paying for postal services that we pay for but do not get. Something is seriously wrong in your Adelaide depots and yet you continue to fail to address these problems. I am desperately trying to find another method of sending orders interstate as Australia post have become far too unreliable and we are now losing customers.

I have had several items sent through Australia Post and the delivery time from when they left the seller has been terrific and I am in the country.
