13Post is a waste of time - the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing - I was specifically told that on 25th January by parcel was on the van, I rang twice and I was told definately on van, at 5pm I rang and I was told that parcel was not on van, will not be on van.
Supposedly insufficient address when they were told the address and apparently the correct address on customs attached to parcel doesnt count. I want to know what the address on parcel is, the parcel is addressed to me, my name is on there.
Anyway I have taken the matter further up and I am not letting go of this.
Package arrived in Australia on 9th January, on 24th I rang to enquire and I was told insufficient address.
The lady rang later and said on the van and the driver thought my address 13-17 was a unit.
Anway, some idiot at Chullora main branch has decided I am not getting my parcel - belligerent twat. I am not letting go of this.
Oh yeah, they think that the sender from America should check up, what he is supposed to do, the parcel isnt registered, go to the post office there and say parcel hasnt been delivered. IT IS THE DUTY OF AUST POST TO DELIVER MAIL.
As for the help and support for Australia post as listed below, is a load of rubbish - I waited in all day, and they didnt even bother to ring me even though they have my email and phone number - I mean how bloody rude is that.
I suggest people try and go to the top and write to the CEO in Melbourne - we have great mailmen around our area - and it is the mailmen that cop all the flack -
