Liars ..... wtf does time mean anything to.your so called customer service?????? 3-5 business days????????????.?
Australia Post
Hi Janine, Was there anything we can help out with?
Janine Dreyer
https://m.auspost.com.au/view/tracking/YJ70199119. Why has this item not moved since tuesday?..
Australia Post
Hi Janine, From what I can see it looks like we have only received the shipping information from the sender and had this information approved to send. However there aren't any physical scans of your parcel going through our facilities.
At this stage the parcel is still within the delivery timeframes however if it isn't received by Tuesday, please get in contact with the sender of the parcel as they will need to investigate further with us.
Janine Dreyer
Ive been in contact with sender and was referred to you? Again one blaming the other and no one accepting responsibility and how is it in.your timeframe when your website shows a one day eparcel delivery time from melb to brisbane????
Australia Post
Hi Janine, It is within the delivery timeframes as the sender has used our eParcel service which is still standard post which is 4 business days from Melbourne to Brisbane. I'm unable to provide any further information on your parcel as we haven't got any physical scans of your parcel being in our network.
Janine Dreyer
So what u saying is that physically it takes 4 days for a human to scan a parcel before its tracked or sent,?
Australia Post
Hi Janine, What Kathleen meant is that from Point A in Melbourne to Point B in Brisbane, the parcel should only take four days to reach you. This is if the parcel is physically posted with us. If it is then it would take four days for it to be processed in Melbourne and trucked up to Brisbane, go through the mail stream and then be delivered to you.
Janine Dreyer
Uhmmm it was posted with you??????
Australia Post
Hi Janine, As you were advised earlier, on our side of things we only have the paperwork approved for the item and without further scans I cannot confirm it is on its way to you. Again, if it has not been received by Tuesday please do have the sender contact us and we will look into it further for them.
Janine Dreyer
Yeah sure and please do explain what in transit means??? And does that include or exclude paperwork?
Australia Post
'In transit' usually means that the parcel is on its way. For your parcel that is just the scan that is related to the 'Customer Enquiry lodged' scan. The scan you would want to keep an eye out for is 'Processed by Sunshine West' this would mean the parcel is in the postal stream and been sent out from Melbourne to Brisbane.
Janine Dreyer
Well clearly its not within your timeframe if a query can only be lodged on tuesday which is 7 days since been in transit
Australia Post
Janine, we are giving the parcel the benefit of the doubt that it has been posted and will be on its way. If it has not reached you by Tuesday it would be past the estimated delivery time frame of 4 days plus another 3 days which we add on just in case of any missorts or delays. When we get to that point we will need the sender to reach out and log a missing item case with us.
