Fillin Ya In

Auspost customers. So after a long and confusing discussion with Aus post I can now fill you in on the expectations you should have when using Australia posts standard post service. Aus post will offer you a timeframe, however they are in no way obligated to honour it.
If you send a parcel and it takes a year to be delivered there is literally nothing you can do as this fits into Aus posts terms of service.
You will never get a refund for a late delivery through Aus posts for standard post as there is no such thing as a late delivery.
As a small business owner my suggestion is to use express post only, that way you can get your postage refunded when Aus post invariably delivered the item late.
It's not a win but it's less of a loss.
