Ref:08902710. Hello Australia post ! It has been 1 month since you incorrectly sent my 20kgs parcel it worth thousands dollar to another address on 20/12/16. it was big Christmas gift for somebody else but caused us a lot of business loss.

Since then I have had to do all the follow up .I have called you many many times. The response always same---- the case still under investigating, we need 48 hours.

The Postal Industry Ombudsman is now following my case(ref:2016-709134) Would you please give me an explain how AP can delivered my parcel to GARANILLE 2142, that’s 50kms away from CAMPBELLTOWN 2560 where they should deliver to. How might you do this?? Who’s responsible?

I understand you couldn’t give the receiver’s address I can drive to there find my parcel by myself as the privacy policy. But, Why haven’t ask driver to retrieve my parcel from the incorrectly address immediately since this issue just happened?

I believe that is one and only best chance to find my parcel back before the receiver opening my parcel, also driver can easy to remember it.

AP had scan with GPS and signatory .Why did the investigating took 1 month still for nothing? How many more times” 48 hours ”do you need to finish it? What went wrong and what you can do?

A month after my parcel delivered to incorrect address. I may think all our stuff have been stolen and sold on Gumtree or ebay. The receiver C CHEN already had all my contact detail from that box ,but looks somebody very interested with our stuff. Perhaps the end result of my package will be loss, as the inefficiency of your service. Is that ture?
