The great "Attempted delivery" scam!

Aus Post needs to take a good hard look at some of their parcel delivery contractors. I had a parcel "delivered" today (Tuesday) - at least, it was marked at 8:30 am as "Attempted delivery" and then taken to the local Aus Post outlet at 9:29 am, where I won't be able to collect it until Saturday morning. However, my wife was home at 8:30 this morning.
This is not the first time this has happened. I strongly suspect the parcel delivery contractor makes no attempt at all to deliver the parcels and simply takes them straight to the local Aus Post outlet.

I went to the link you posted and there is nowhere to enter my tracking number or any other details, just 3 "Frequently asked questions."
I found the "Delivery Issue enquiry" page myself - not at the link you gave. I need to create an account to lodge an enquiry. I do not want to create an account with Australia Post.
I entered my tracking details when I posted the review assuming you would be able to see them. What's the point of asking me to enter them if you can't see them?
The tracking number was ZQ3001538801000930309. I look forward to your response here on Product Review.

Why not give the direct link to the 'create an enquiry' page instead of a link to a different page where you can find the link to the 'create an enquiry' page if you scroll down?
It's not clear why you need a case number and can't investigate based on the tracking number.
I have just called 13 18 18 and spoken to "Adele" who had an Irish accent. She was incredibly rude and continually spoke over the top of me - including when I asked her not to speak over the top of me. The nett result was 14 minutes on the phone and I did not get to the stage of receiving a case number.
Her supervisor rang me back shortly afterwards. The case number is 09446694.
