SLOWER THAN THE SECOND COMING

1 out of 5, reviewed on Jan 29, 2017

sending something across australia should not take so damn long.

been waiting for an item from queensland to perth and so far it has been 10 days and i can almost guarantee that it still wont be here by monday despite the estimated time being the 24th of this month. not only are the delivery times garbage but the estimations are never correct. EVER.

it would have been much quicker to order from overseas and the delivery service would have been cheaper.

good job making it more appealing to support foreign buisiness then australian owned.

Waste of Money

1 out of 5, reviewed on Jan 29, 2017

Paid for Express Post last Monday from Sydney - still waiting for urgent delivery.

What a waste of money - no wonder they are going down the tube. Item was ordered from CPAP and tracking number emailed last Monday.

When it had not arrived by Friday I checked the tracking number online to receive the message that it had not yet been scanned.

I rang Australia Post to be advised they could not help me but needed to speak to the supplier. I called the supplier in Sydney and he agreed to call them and then report to me.

He rang me back to say that although the parcel had been sent by Express Post somehow it had fallen out of the bag????? - please explain how that is possible.**

Regardless I am still waiting for my parcel having paid for a service not supplied - refund due????

**Things fall out of letters and parcels, when you slice them open with a knife, while robbing the customers, before you tape them back up and send them on...
