Not very impressed.... My international delivery from China still hasn't arrived and it landed in Australia on Jan 8th. The seller provided me with tracking details from their end showing the flight number it came in on and the date and time it was checked in at the Sydney courier sorting centre. From then it should have been delivered within 7-15days. Its now over a month after that timeframe.
I buy a lot of things for my company online and some things do arrive late but this is ridiculous. I need my parcel found. Its clearly been lost. — feeling annoyed.

You guys make me laugh. Well not really. So, a customers parcel has got lost (nicely parceled in one of your red satchels). Sat 6 days in the sorting office 50km from where it was lodged. Then got sent (or was marked as sent) to WA ironically the same day as when I complained - even though it is due to end up in Tasmania. Bit suspicious timing.

I ring again 6 BUSINESS days later (as everything is business days with you guys) as the parcel has been sitting for another 6 days in WA. Even though I lodged an inquiry 6 days ago you can't lodge another one until after COB today (that technically makes it 4 business days after supposed delivery, not 3) and then you can take 3 days (business that is) to come back to me with an answer. Really AusPost.

Lets count the days together - 5-6 Business days for delivery (really means 7 business days in your counting) plus another 3 (read 4) days in case it actually turns up plus another 3 days to investigate. Gee, that's 14 Business days add in 3 weekends to convert to normal days that's 20 days before my customer can find out where her order may be, and that's not even guaranteeing it will be delivered. Don't you get sick of abusive comments like this pointing out how slack your system is and how you will end up without jobs as people turn to couriers instead?

WTF $28.00 to send a box of savoury shapes to UK.. No wonder we lose touch with overseas relatives.. no-one can afford to stay in touch with care packages.. the amount Australia Post charge for a 185 gram box of biscuits is discusting especially when it can take months to get there.. Christmas time it cost $40.00 to send a jar of vegemite..

Exactly one month ago, my package from America arrived at Sydney customs and got held there for several days before being released. However, it never arrived, once it passed through customs. Never left Sydney. I have contacted the seller and the company contacted USPS. I did get a nice email from Australia Post asking for some details, once USPS contacted them, but I haven't heard anything back since I replied. I'm beginning to wonder what's going on? The items I ordered were  limited edition and have since been discontinued so if they're lost, that's pretty disappointing for me.

This package had my Christmas present in it. I can't ring AusPost because I'm in Japan and I'm not coming home for another 4-5 months. I purposely got it sent to my family home, for my family to pick up on my behalf, because I figured there was no point in me getting it sent to Japan when I'm returning home soon. Although I'm beginning to think I should have just gotten it sent to Japan after all.

Sent an express envelope to Brisbane Airport but apparently Australia Post cannot find it because it was addressed to qantas domestic terminal Brisbane. Apparently putting a phone number on the express post envelope doesn't mean they will ring either

again twice this year already i have been waiting for deliveries from netley is SA only to get a text message saying "sorry there has been a delay and wont be arriving today" now i have 3 items waiting at netley and ALL have got this. what is going on? we pay money for parcel delivery only for a half witted service that cant be delivered in full. get your act together this is a joke!!!! all 3 items i cant believe. and no one can give answers. joke of a service that needs a major over-haul.

My 3 month mail redirection has been incredibly unreliable. I've not been forwarded many letters, of which some were highly important. Eg. Car rego renewal, school info, solicitors letters regarding contractual info about our move. Very disappointed.

Shame on the delivery drivers in 4655 I have been waiting at home all morning waiting for my parcel, I just got a note to say that I need to go collect it. I am guessing that was you sitting in my driveway beeping your horn like a bogan, I live in units and the person next door is a shift working fire fighter! I sincerely hope that they were not attempting to sleep ready for the next emergency they may need to attend. Getting out of your car and knocking on the door is not hard, you obviously has no issue doing it to deliver the note! I am sick of my parcels arriving damaged or not at all! Australia Post, please fix this problem!

It has been sent from America and arrived in Sydney on 14/02 - (I have had confirmation from DHL). They advised me that once the parcel arrived, it was passed onto Auspost and scanned? It's been 2 weeks!

I've had 2 other parcels posted from overseas around the same time and both have been delivered already so can you please try to track down where this 3rd parcel is?

I used to like auspost , but now dats I wish there was other postal other then private delivery companies etc , each person I've spoke to n dealt with has been lovely but as for service it's hopeless n going down hill! At first I let it go but after more then enough times now with delivery of "express " items which go past the delivery date and then up to 12 days to receive from the otherside of Australia is a joke! Even in the same state receiving important items ten days later!!! Company is really going to pits these days it's a shame ☹️

Bit cold today for you today Mr Australia Post Contractor? How lazy can you get. Both gates open! I have NOT stepped out of the house today. No dogs to eat you. Sipping on a cuppa WAITING for my parcel to arrive and a my phone buzzes me to tell me to collect from Post Office. That is a 12km round trip for me you lazy, lazy person!! I thought you had STOPPED this nonsense and the DELIVERY on the package is so, so, so, clear. maybe you can't read?????
