I know why the CEO is being paid A$5.6 million a year

Australia Post justified A$5.6 million bonus for their CEO by saying "That number, it has his base salary, it's got some short-term incentives which he earned because the company went from loss to profit in the '16 year".
I can explain why.
When you charge clients for services you don't provide, you make a profit. When you sell express post but deliver in a week instead of 3 days, it means you are not providing express service.
Last time I used express post my parcel took three weeks to arrive from Adelaide to a parcel locker in Sydney CBD.
I guess they are using Kangaroos to deliver parcels. No fuel, no superannuation, no tax, of course they make a profit.
Now I am waiting for another express parcel from Melbourne since Monday (it is Friday now) and the useless tracking system says they have been playing ping pong with it between Chullora and Smeaton Grange since Tuesday.
Before any representative says they deliver over 10 trillion parcels each year, they must know I DON'T CARE.
You haven't delivered my parcel on time. Before you ask for tracking number, it is KAA427744101000960909.
Now I'm waiting to get the normal excuse.
