You guys need more options, the flat rate satchels don't relieve the problem. I'm an ebay seller and the gaps in price between girth mm measurements is the difference between only having to pay a couple dollars or paying through the nose.

A letter sized parcel not more then 20mm is only $2.80 - $3.00, a few mil over and its a whooping $8.00 domestic. Your so called business deals don't alleviate the this at all so dont refer me to them.

If I want to send a small parcel to the US its $16.00, the same to UK is a killer $22.00!!. The prices are seriously jacked and its hurting online business all over this country,

The ebay community forums is full of frustrated sellers trying in vein to create revenue in this country against a company that monopolizing on a cornered market and not letting up.

I would think Auspost would help the growth of small business to ensure the on going use of its services.

I have already watched four of my ebay friends fold because your postal costs exceed the cost of their products and turn away their customers who opt to buy overseas products not made in Australia. In this way Auspost does not endorse Australian manufacturing or businesses.

I notice that despite all the complaints you receive you still post about all the great things you do for the Australian community's, But the one thing you should be doing is endorsing and helping Australia businesses to grow.

You do realize as soon a something better comes along you guys are done for because we wont forget what you put us through.

Awwww Australia Post.... Terrific.  People are so impressed with the service given by so many people in Australia Post.... The universal "Attempted Delivery" card being placed in the mail box, when the driver not only didn't bring the parcel, they never even came and knocked on the door.... Outrageous prices........ Parcels and letters going missing..... Registered mail never arriving, or getting signed for by the contractor and disappearing.... The tracking system that doesn't..... Post Offices + PO Boxes = Pffft.

We do not have a street delivery where we are. The local PO has told us that anything not addressed to our PO Box will no longer be put into our box but will be kept inside behind the counter as per Australia Post advice.  When I rang Australia Post to query this they said it is  NOT the case in an area where there is no street delivery (which is what we were told when we first got a PO Box) and it is the local PO who have made this decision, not Austpost. We took the PO Box in the first place so we could actually get our mail because we couldn't get to the shop when it was open! This new policy will affect a number of customers.
