Seriously incompetence at its finest I had rung up 3 times to find out when a parcel was going to be delivered because the tracking information wasnt updated. On 3 different days i have been told 3 different lots of information & 3 different delivery time frames. Yesterday After the last call i was concerned the items i was sending were not going to get there in time so i contacted the receiver who advised they have received the items. Yet today the items are still showing as being at the parcel center like really if you guys think this great service you really have no idea

So freaking angry, my parcel arrived into Perth WA on the 11th April, saying it has been dispatched but yet nothing delivered, now you want me to contact the sender to get it sorted out, it is not the senders fault it is Auspost fault, you better not have lost my parcel, will be bloody angry if you have.

Absolutely disgusted in Australia Post... have a customer who paid for Express Post, lodged at Mandurah, have just been told my Australia Post Staff that their 'Express Post' is a GAMBLE! unless I lodge from Perth City. Lodged at Mandurah on 20th April, accept that there has been 1 public holiday in between, however, as of today 27th April, it is still travelling across the Nullabour, has not even landed in Victoria. Told that package may arrive on Monday or Tuesday - Express Post, WA to VIC 11-12 days. What a joke! I posted another parcel, using standard Parcel Post on the 24 April at the same Post Office, arrived in Cronulla on the 27th April - how can Parcel Post send 4 days later, get there 5 days quicker than Express Post... Your support staff are useless and do not bother helping, only good at giving excuses...

Thanks for the mail delivery service Australia Post. Postage costs going up and up and up. For longer delivery time frames and great posties who throw my letters in the garden behind my mail box ?? Seriously ?? They were right at my mail box ?? I'd love to post a picture but you don't allow it. And you don't allow pictures in comments. Are you over whelmed with picture proof of this sort of thing?

Understand increasing costs, but you need to provide better services for it. Granted this is unusual for letters but I've had several parcels literally thrown at my front door and goods broken. And your claim process is all on a maybe you will be reimbursed? That's ridiculous. Getting quite tired of paying for a service and not getting any.

Pathetic service aust post 1 whole week to get an item Sent from NSW to Brisbane. Tracking says went through one depot on friday then went through the same depot again Tuesday. Cost of postage keeps going up but the service of postage gets worse

So what is point of tracking number if the tracking says it at this place and your post office says it's not.... that tells me your post office has lost my item because that is where tracking number says it is

Well it's nice to see that prices for Aus Post go up and the service provided is getting worse and worse. I have been on hold waiting to make a complaint and left my number but we will see if I actually get a call back. I knew I had a parcel being delivered so have made sure I would be home. I heard my local postie pull up walk up to my front door put the parcel on the floor knock and walk off so I opened the door... All the driver did was say Hi and kept walking. My parcel clearly states that sign on deliver but I have not done this. There is over $200 worth of product in a box that he was going to just leave on my door step. If I wasn't home and it had of gotten stolen who would have replaced these items? I sure know Australia Post wouldn't have 🤔 As my parcel says sign on delivery who actually has signed for this parcel I would also like to know.... Easy way for people's parcels to go missing 😕 get your act together!

My order 997960030245814096 has not had any scans bar the initial one on Monday the 24th.
Delivery time estimate states that I should receive my parcel within 5-6 days.
Yet it hasn't moved from Yeppoon in QLD (where it was posted from) in 4 days? Either your tracking system is flawed or Auspost has managed to lose yet another of my parcels.
This will be the 3rd this year alone!

Australia post is going to rubbish I'm sad to say , delivery never on time even when orders are weeks ahead , never pay express no point it'll never get there, I've heard so many service customers say oh a glitch in system we're so sorry but it's beyond funny I even missed a tracked letter from the hospital because of this ! Each has been important but clearly services are not these days :( n it's a shame as staff have been lovely but the rest of Australia post is hopeless:(

Can you please look into this 600 27096620 099 says delivered to Penrith, customer does not have it and it was addressed to Plumpton! I can't afford to keep refunding or remaking orders when you fail to deliver (literally)

Awwww Australia Post.... Terrific.  People are so impressed with the service given by so many people in Australia Post.... The universal "Attempted Delivery" card being placed in the mail box, when the driver not only didn't bring the parcel, they never even came and knocked on the door.... Outrageous prices........ Parcels and letters going missing..... Registered mail never arriving, or getting signed for by the contractor and disappearing.... The tracking system that doesn't..... Mail taking 3 weeks to be sent from one suburb to the next......  What could be politely described as the "Go fuck yourself" policies and customer service when things are damaged or stolen.....  Packages "that could not be delivered", that end up in some Post Office,  far away, and the staff there,don't give a shit, can't find it and stuff goes missing and the customers get the run around etc... Post Offices + PO Boxes = Pffft.

We do not have a street delivery where we are. The local PO has told us that anything not addressed to our PO Box will no longer be put into our box but will be kept inside behind the counter as per Australia Post advice.  When I rang Australia Post to query this they said it is  NOT the case in an area where there is no street delivery (which is what we were told when we first got a PO Box) and it is the local PO who have made this decision, not Austpost. We took the PO Box in the first place so we could actually get our mail because we couldn't get to the shop when it was open! This new policy will affect a number of customers.
