About the Australia Post "UNIONS"
In a nut shell - fuck them....
Fuck the union, and fuck the union members.
For instance:
They carry on like shit about lining their own pockets...

http://www.afr.com/news/policy/industrial-relations/australia-posts-fahour-accused-of-unlawfully-cutting-millions-in-superannuation-benefits-20170529-gwfgfp
Australia Post is facing court action over allegations its outgoing chief executive Ahmed Fahour unlawfully cut the superannuation benefits of thousands of workers by as much as $100 million.
The Communications, Electrical and Plumbing Union has accused the postal giant of breaching its defined benefits scheme when it unilaterally terminated an arrangement in 2014 that increased workers' salary rates for superannuation ever year in line with the country's average weekly earnings.
The union has also accused Mr Fahour of making false and misleading statements to staff when promising them "certainty and security" on their superannuation shortly before cutting it.
The generous Australia Post Superannuation Scheme (APSS) prevents employees' superannuation salaries from ever decreasing and allows workers who lose pay after stepping down from higher duties or penalty shifts to retain their higher salary when calculating superannuation.
Etc..
"Oh Fahour is an arsehole, he ripped us off - oh fuck, oh fuck, oh fuck..." - they carry on.
And Yet
The fucking union - and the union members, are staying totally silent about the amount of thefts their members are committing.... - from mail runs, delivery centres - the workers, supervisors and managers.. etc., etc., etc...
They have nothing to say about ALL of their shit they are serving up to the customers - when the things they have caused to go wrong for the customers, need to be addressed..
If you can put up with all the bullshit to lodge a complaint, like the website never working any more, and the phone cues being more than an hour or more... and can actually get someone to open a complaint - it takes 10 days to investigate, they say, with a call back - no call back and when you ring them - sorry case closed can't do nothing - fuck off customer....

The union members demand extra security from armed robberies i.e. cameras - BUT
They kick up a stink when they get placed under surveillance, when the managers place cameras outside the mail centres, where the union members are walking out with other peoples shit under their arms - stealing the mail and packages from the customers...
They piss and moan about what arseholes the management of Australia Post ARE....
They never speak up about what lying, thieving arseholes they and their own members are.....
And not once have the union members, ever stood up, fessed up, and put the interests and well being of the customers first...
And not once have they ever spoken about cleaning up their own shit.
Not once have they EVER spoken up about how the fucking union members lie, bullshit and give the run around to the customers, and then collude to cover up for each other....
So I am all for picking on Fahour, but I won't put up with the unions one sided money grubbing bullshit, while leaving all their own dirty laundry in the washing basket...
"Lets just pretend we are not doing anything bad - by sweeping it all under the carpet.."

We the people of Australia have said this:
We don't want you, working for us, any more.
This is the union members and the management of Australia Post.
Your fired.
How are we doing it? - we the customers are not rehiring you, we are taking our business else where.
I can't get a snapshot of all the complaints made to Australia post about stolen mail and packages, from the post offices and the call centres, and all the people who didn't complain, but some of the people are so fed up with the crap, they are resorting to social media...
And I can't make an accurate estimation that for every one complaint on social media, there are what 1000 other people who have been robbed, or is that 5,000 more people, or 10,000 more people - on a fucking daily basis...
The most recent estimate was some 50,000 items a day were being stolen from the customers..
A few rubbery calculations - and that appears to be correct....
And these things ARE being stolen by the union members, by the contractors and by the fucking management?
Oh the unions, the unions! "We stand up for the workers rights" - they screech in unison.
"Oh how noble of you" - we all chant.... but your the cunts who are stealing all our shit, we reply.
But you union members don't do fuck all, for all the "Workers" (and managers) in private, in small and large business's, the small home business's, the owner operators and beyond.. who EMPLOY them, and don't do fuck all, to look after THEIR INTERESTS, but instead resort to ROBBING THE PEOPLE OF AUSTRALIA, the very same fucking people who pay the unionists fucking wages...
No postage getting sent = no wages. No wages = No Australia Post. No fucking Australia Post = no fucking postal unions.
QED arseholes. So what part of treating the customers like shit don't you get?

Delivered my post to the wrong house... Again.
I ordered two parcels from Amazon.com, one was sent through Fastway (delivered 4 days earlier than estimate), the other sent via AusPost (delivered on the estimate day) but was "delivered" to the wrong address!
I'm now writing this review while waiting for AusPost to conduct an internal investigation into where they misplaced it.
What does parcel tracking mean?
I have had about 5 parcels disappear so far this year some marked delivered but I know it wasnt, (I have a camera looking over my yard including the letter box, but the posty claims it was delivered so see ya later have a nice day) and others arrived and processed through the local sorting shed and then never seen again. when I investigated these the answer I get was they have been missorted so wait for them to be resorted, after no more updates I asked again only to be told it cant be located on the system sorry, have a nice day. Surely if its tracked then you know where it is?
NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT COMPLAINTS TERRIBLE PARCEL SERVICE
I receive at least 3 parcels a week I have in the last year never had them ring my bell once to see if I am home! Which I usually am! I waste so much time going to the post office to pick items up they rarely leave a card I usually find out from tracking online it is at PO. I went to the post office to pick up a parcel only to find another one had been there for 9 days waiting to b picked up! I am so sick of complaining once they said a parcel was delivered and signed for which was a lie as we reviewed ctv footage and they didn't come near the building! I am soo sick of auspost and there parcel delivery guys. I have two parcels waiting for pickup that were supposedly delivered yesterday I was home all day no one rang the bell!
There's no 0 star option...
Received (or not) a package from the states for a particluar event
Arrived on time however, driver delivered it to the wrong office (where they don't know me) and returned it to sender without attempted re-delivery
Tracking info supplied by DHL saying 'Contact AusPost to arrange re-delivery or pick-up' but was advised you're not allowed to pick-up...?
This is not the first time they've F'd up my deliveries... I once had something 'Left with Proof of Photo' and the photo was a complete blur!
AusPost are an absolute joke and if you can stay away... I would suggest you do so with high importance!

Worst postal service on earth
Australia Post is completely unusable. Twice in the last two weeks they have failed to deliver packages sent by large reputable online stores. The first time they said it wasn't their fault and refused to even discuss further with me (it was 10000% definitely their fault). Now i am still waiting for any kind of response to the next failure, over a week ago. Terrible terrible company. Will only ever use couriers from now on. AusPost is an absolute national disgrace.
Not A Service Anymore
Took much to long parcel received Chullora 9.00am Sunday 21-5-2017 processed at Granville 8.45pm Friday 26-5-2017 it took nearly 6 days to get out of Sydney delivery 29-5-2017 total 8 days to go 160kms from Sydney to Newcastle this is not a service. I get items from America NOT express paid in same time.
Terrible Delivery Times
So terribly slow - sent a parcel on 23rd of February and it did not arrive until yesterday. What an absolute joke.
Parcel service is chronically unreliable in my experience
As an occasional user of Parcel Post (perhaps up to a dozen parcels per year), I have found the reliability of the service has gone down hill over the last 12 months or so. Although a large number of my problems relate to purchases from overseas, all the problems without exception have occurred only upon Australian soil. For example, in recent months, two correctly addressed parcels (one from Germany and one from the UK) arrived in Australia within a week of being posted only to take four to five more weeks to get from Sydney to my residential address only 40 kilometres away (and no, there was no reason for them to be delayed in customs). To make matters worse, these parcels track perfectly online till the point of landing in Sydney, whereupon there is no further tracking. It is completely unacceptable that postal services from other nations have (in my experience) detailed and flawless tracking, whereas with Australia Post, the tracking (if it even exists), seems very hit and miss.
Another family member who also receives parcels regularly by Australia Post frequently finds them diverting to the Central Coast, some two hours plus travelling time from her home south of Sydney.
And in my most recent experience as the sender of a parcel, I find that in 8 days, it has travelled from Campbelltown in NSW to Port Melbourne, whereupon it has shuffled three times between Port Melbourne and Sunshine West. The recipient in this case lives nowhere near either of these places.
I think it has gotten to the point where I will just use courier companies, since it has become too risky to send articles sold on eBay via Australia Post (too much risk of needing to compensate the buyer due to the extremely long delivery times extending to many weeks) and there is too much of an anxiety-ridden wait when I am on the receiving end as well.

Vicki Chilcott to Australia Post28 mins · Brisbane, QLD · I have a postal locker number...I use that for all of my parcels...what happens to the parcels when someone doesn't put the locker number in the address?I have called Stafford City Post Office...cause that's where the Lockers are...but they said they have nothing to do with the lockers...
Kathryn Lawson to Australia Post30 mins · Strathpine, QLD · Post office outlet Brendale.Attitude of staff this morning not just toward me, but towards others served before me also, was appalling. Johanna Davidson to Australia Post41 mins · Riverstone, NSW · Just wanted to say a quick thank you for handling my complaint so quickly and professionally! Wayne from South Windsor Australia Post NSW popped by our house this morning to apologise in person for our local posties behaviour and I sincerely appreciate him taking the time out of what I'm sure is a very busy day to drop by and have a chat! Thanks again for resolving what I'm sure is a small blemish on a great company!
Christine Parker to Australia Post1 hr · My goodness Australia Post, do your delivery people ignore instructions on packages?! I've just had 4 large packages (from shopmate) left at my door, when each one clearly states: "If premises unattended, leave a notification card for collection at a postal outlet", as well as "Signature on Delivery Required", in bold font, no less.My front door is right by a walkway that divides two courts, with a primary school on one end, so there is a lot foot traffic through this area. I paid over $120 just for these items to be shipped using shopmate, so I would expect that important delivery instructions be adhered to! Extremely disappointed and am expecting compensation for the $120 postage fee I paid, which was meant to include a signature on delivery.
Lauren Tesoriero to Australia Post1 hr · Wonga Park, VIC · Every time a package online it never gets delivered to my house. Yesterday I had a package due to arrive at my house with specific instructions "please leave at front door" and when I get home I find a ticket in the mail box saying collect from post office!! I've rang customer service numerous times and never receive any help. I cannot continue to pick up packages from the post office, hence why I have them delivered to my house. Once again I have to take time off work to get to the post office.
Helen Castle to Australia Post1 hr · Just moved from Click and send to My Post Business... why on earth can we not link MyPost Business to an existing My Post account and only have one login - now I have to have one to send parcels and one to receive.Rang Help and Support - the operator there was quite snotty as I wanted to give feedback and she refused to take it. She said that My Post Business is for sending parcels and My Post Deliveries is for receiving parcels and the two have different functions.Really???? I would have thought a My Post account would be for sending and receiving parcels as that's what Australia Post does. Also address verification does not accept parcel lockers as a valid address? WT? Australia Post does not accepts it's own parcel lockers as a valid address? They are Aust Post lockers!!!

Jo'anne Gowing to Australia Post2 hrs · So annoying that your drivers cannot follow simple delivery instructions and leave parcels at the front door as requested. My premises is fully secure, in fact, I have your driver on my security camera, walking up to my front door and then leaving with my parcel. Jess Emery to Australia Post14 hrs · Westbury, TAS · I normally would not post a review however after arriving at the Launceston post office this morning to post an item I have to say I am disgusted in the service I received.Three ladies chatting behind a counter when I walked in with no one else in the place I stood waiting for acknowledgement. When received the lady took my item while continuing to talk with the other two. I think she said about three words to myself as it was quite obvious I had interrupted something quite important and her conversation with her colleagues continued during the entire transaction.Completing my transaction I did not even get a 'Thanks' or 'Have a good day'. Incredibly poor service overall.
Pete Saget to Australia Post14 hrs · Is the international Load & Go card still available to purchase or has it been discontinued?
Peter Toomer to Australia Post15 hrs · Complaint 2:I miss a delivery, driver leaves a card on my door, a neighbour sees this and signs for parcel, thats ok, we help each other out like that to save the time and effort going to the post office 'After 4pm' when it's often at its busiest.Because I am expecting many parcels this week I assume that the card is for another package, so only make a cursory scan of the parcel IDs and compare those to the card.I goto the post office to collect my parcel, its not there since I'm there an hour before 'collect after time', no problem I'll come tomorrow (today).I go there today, and after a more extensive search still can't be found. The ID number on the card is only partial so the staff member can pull the info up on the system, calls another post offce that the parcel might have been sent too, nope. The complaint is 2 fold, 1 for leaving the card for a parcel that had been signed for, and 2 for not writing down the full number so post clerks can check on the system. I wasted 2 days, and 15 minutes of clerks time for a parcel I already had.Take the damn card if it has been signed for, so time and effort is not wasted like this.
Gary Skewes to Australia Post15 hrs · I have had an Ebay Store for many years with many of our customers being overseas. All our items are sent carefully wrapped and clearly labelled. In the past we'd occasionally get an item that took longer than normal to be delivered. This year however we are getting weekly requests about items not turning up. Just today, one of our customers told us of a delivery to Canada which we posted in March that has only just turned up. I know Australia Post will most likely put the blame on the postal systems of other countries but in the last 6 weeks I've had customers from Canada, the US, England, Malaysia France, the Czech Republic, Austria and Spain all complaining about late deliveries. In many cases we are having to provide refunds. Is there a reason that regular international mail is now taking so long?

Janet Cassidy to Australia Post15 hrs · Dear Aus post, Every time I go to the post office I stand in a queue. In fact, the phrase 'Aus Post' conjures up visuals of queues and time wasted. And I wonder every time how you manage to sell any of the other products to all the people too afraid to lose their place in the queue. Please, please, please introduce a ticketing system. Then I can go, feeling more positive, that my time is not being stolen from me. I can browse novelty gifts and stationery and feel like I have won a prize when my number is called. Now wouldn't that be worth POSTING on social media?

I order parcels from Australian merchants on a near weekly basis, and the items fail to be delivered each time to my address. I'd like to discuss this in detail before escalating the complaint. Please advise how best I can go about having a discussion with someone at Aus Post that has authority to resolve my issue.
Frances McCann to Australia Post16 hrs · Chester Hill, NSW · Last Monday I sent my friend 3 marvel disks from Woolworths. Today, she received an envelope from Aus post that contained my envelope and no disks. Not only did I package the said disks in a small marvel snack bag, but were taped up flat. My original envelope was torn open. This afternoon, another friend sent some from the same area, and exactly the same happened. This is so disappointing.
Rebecca Singh to Australia Post16 hrs · Chester Hill, NSW · I'm sure you've all heard about the hype behind the latest Woolworths Marvel discs. I helped out a friend's little girl who was missing her last few discs by posting them through Australia Post last week, only to find out that somewhere between being put in a Georges Hall post box & arriving to her in Lithgow they have been removed & re-packaged. How disappointing for everyone involved especially after hearing this isn't the only time it's happened. From now on I'll be looking at other postage options who can assure me my packages will arrived without the insides being stolen!

Paul Clutterbuck to Australia Post16 hrs · Hey Aus Post,So I've heard you guys complain a lot about all the business you've lost due to email replacing traditional letter post. As such, one would expect you would put extra effort into parcel delivery to ensure your organisation stays relevant and profitable in this fast changing world. One would especially expect this to be true with your express post service with guaranteed next day delivery since people that use this service clearly need things the next day and are easily made happy by keeping that promise.Yet I had an important item shipped express from Sydney to Melbourne yesterday, in the area for next day delivery (yes, I checked), but today no package. I called your customer service line and was told yes, it should have been delivered today but as the driver hasn't scanned it properly, they have no idea where it is or why it wasn't delivered today. I was told sorry many times by the nice guy on the phone, but sorry doesn't get my package delivered the next day as your service guarantees. I needed it TODAY. I got told I can call tomorrow for a refund but that doesn't help me in any way. This has cost me much more than the $10 odd dollars it cost to ship. With all these standard letters you're not delivering, how is this good enough?Australia deserves better than you.
Christopher Coleman to Australia Post17 hrs · Hi,I've noticed the last few months that most packages aren't having stamps franked anymore, but just people scribbling on them with pens. I know it's not the biggest deal going, but for people who still collect stamps, it's a bit disappointing. It'd be nice if you could get the various post offices to lift their game a bit - considering how fewer and fewer stamps are actually used, it's not as much work as it used to be, I would've thought.
Danni La Gamba to Australia Post17 hrs · I’m writing to express my disappointment and anger with Australia Post!!!On the Monday 8 May 2017 I went to the Belmont, Geelong Post Office and express posted a package with an A3 sign and a zipped locked bag full of 5 cent coins. This package cost $16.55 to send to Melbourne. I had been collecting 5 cent coins from friends and work colleagues for the ‘Big Heart Project’ that was on the Wednesday 10 May for ‘Love your Sister’. The reason I had express posted this package is to support my amazing friends, who were visiting Canberra to support this very important cause. However my friends in Melbourne received the package the next day Tuesday 9 May with the sign and the coins were MISSING from the package. My friend said the package was sealed when she received it. My question is where have the coins disappeared to from Belmont- Melbourne???!!!I called Australia Post immediately after I heard this and Australia Post advised me my friend would need to return the package to any Post Office in Melbourne and complete a form for a 10 day investigation. My friend attended the Post Office on Thursday 11 May and completed the form, as requested by Australia Post.I called Australia Post again Monday 22 May to follow up and they could not give me any further information or in fact even acknowledge my enquiry was being looked into. Since the form was completed, I have not received any communication around the ‘investigation’ or follow up. It has been over 20 days and still no resolution!I’m so upset by this! This has been very poorly managed and completely not acceptable. It is not my responsibility to keep phoning the Post Office to follow up.I am posting this on your socials to alert other customers of this very disappointing experience and I hope this will be looked into immediately. As I would like my donation to be made to Love Your Sister, for Australia Post to make their own and very generous donation as an apology and also my post cost to also be donated to Love Your Sister.Regards,Danni La Gamba
Bob King to Australia Post17 hrs · Today I visited 2 P.O.s to assist a cousin with an intellectual disability who had to submit a passport application identity proof page correcting a previous page whereby the incorrect date was logged. My experiences were like chalk and cheese. Firstly at the Midland Gate PO I met an almost hostile group of workers. They obviously weren't about to help even saying they don't look at anything to do with passports between 12 and 2 Pm but I could make an appointment and come back in 2 hours time. All that was required was for them to accept the new form...but they weren't even interested in listening to what was required. When I explained the situation they still maintained I would have to get it done at the PO where the form was originally lodged. In a nut shell, they were singularly (and collectively) unhelpful and negative. I then went to the High Wycombe PO where the agent was only to pleased to assist. He even phoned the passport office to clarify what was required and all went through without any fuss. A bouquet to High Wycombe and a (big) Bronx cheer to the Midland mob...who seriously need in my opinion to work on their customer focus skills.

They haven't received it yet. They asked me a question - Do i live in China or Brisbane? As an Australian owned business, i am getting a small share coz most of us prefer to buy from local Australian businesses so it can be delivered quickly. Hope one day Australia Post will improve. We can only pray but you's all have to work hard. 🤞
Hurtle Gear to Australia Post18 hrs · Hi guys, according to your website you have a courier option for international deliveries (https://auspost.com.au/p…/calculate-postage-delivery-times/…).But our local post office (East Bunbury) has said this service is no longer available (only Express, Standard, Economy). Is this true?If so, are you able to remove it from your website? Our website links to the Australia Post API system and therefore offers the courier option to our customers at checkout, who pay us for it, and then we can't provide it, leading to complaints and refunds.Cheers, Graeme
Simon Atherton to Australia Post18 hrs · Hi, I have been waiting for a package all day (34W501223501000964501) that was shipped to me express. It has been marked as attempted delivery, which there wasnt, and to prove it there wasnt a failed delivery card in my letterbox, I have been sitting in my lounge room all day waiting for a knock on the door. The tracking says it is now at a post office for collection, but I have no way of knowing which post office.
Manesha Ravji to Australia Post19 hrs · Beyond frustrated today, after months of parcels simply not being delivered, today two parcels were delivered somewhere else 😡 seriously what is going to be done about this driver's inability to deliver parcels?
Bill Wash to Australia Post20 hrs · How to make a fake CV...First, get a job with Australia Post as the highest paid public servant in Australia. Then after 7 years resign...But before stepping down, order the web site and hence the only "official" way to complain, to be broken. Then you can resign holding the record of having the lowest number of "official" complaints of any CEO in the entire history of Australia Post....simple.
Jessica Cohco to Australia Post20 hrs · Adelaide, SA · Friend and I both sent 5kg express satchels to eachother yesterday.. expecting next day delivery as thats what we paid for...well its the next day and BOTH tracking numbers have not updated at all since dropping over the counter at our local PO I am sending to her from SA she sent to me from NSW 2282. Whats going on Aust Post? Has never happened before are you having a system glitch? I called and lady said there is a delay but why not reason as to why? I find it hard to believe we are the only ones experiencing this and its a coincidence. Not only that but the last 4 parcels I have received I have been carded when everytime I have been home waiting for the package. Not happy
Elyse Carr to Australia Post20 hrs · Hi I currently have an on going inquiry posted on the 22nd of May, updated by me twice since then and still not contact from your administration. Inquiry number is 11616630. Again I ask you to contact me in relation to this matter. Thank you
Greg Kamp to Australia Post20 hrs · Hi Australia post. How is it that your service is getting worse but the CEO is earning about $5 million per year? Doesn't seem right at all. I'm lucky if my postie comes past my place twice a week. If the CEO was to take a realistic pay packet you could afford to put 80 more staff back on. Maybe the best workers out off the 800 that were sacked last year.
Emily Hickey to Australia Post20 hrs · Posted a trackable Australia post package at 8am yesterday (Monday) in local post box. Still hasn't been picked up/processed!!! RUBBISH
Ric Downell to Australia Post21 hrs · Dear Au Post, could you please revise the designated Pick Up depot for parcels in my area? (Underwood). I missed out a delivery yesterday and the parcel is now in Archerfield centre that's like 15kms away. There is a perfectly good local post office that's 5min from me at the Warrigal Square in Underwood Road too. Or collecting from your Underwood Depot would be a better option for me too. Thanks
David Mclellan to Australia Post21 hrs · Shoalwater, WA · Hello Australia post can you tell me why my consignment has been going around Perth for last couple of days
Eva Voros to Australia Post21 hrs · I just would like to thank the Eastland Australia Post branch for their assistance with my overseas packages. They took ownership, followed up and corrected their initial steps. All without me formally complaining. I can recommend the Eastland au post branch to everyone who is after a decent customer service with empathy and a smile. Thank you again to the Eastland team.
Sri Narasimhan to Australia Post21 hrs · Brisbane, QLD · What are you doing with my parcel moving it between Murrarie and underwood and back to Murrarie for the last 6 days??? I could have walked to one of these locations and picked them up! Absolutely disgusted with the service!
Vicki Wesley to Australia Post21 hrs · Unbelievable, yet again I have a parcel not delivered overnight. Left Friday as express overnight and it is now Tuesday and no one can tell me where it is. Australia Post you are a shameful Australian business.
Madeleine Wong to Australia Post21 hrs · Parcel post guy literally threw the parcel bag I was anticipating at my feet when I answered the door. Didn't even ask me for an electronic signature. Mumbled something away from my face even after i answered the door with a "hello". THREW the parcel at my feet. I've tried being nice to this guy for a couple of years now and today I've had ENOUGH.
Kc Summer to Australia Post22 hrs · Love how a parcel that actually fits in my letter box was just dumped at my front door with all the other mail on top so anyone could of taken it. Not impressed at all.
Dianne Rose to Australia Post22 hrs · I bet that you are proud of your delivery service. Lol. I posted 5 postcard in Port Macquarie - destination Melbourne (it's a long way I know). Guess what 2 arrived yesterday the others have not been delivered as yet. Really Australia Post is this the best you can do? I'm heading home today and people haven't received my postcards. You wonder why we get passed off, fine example here.
FINEPRINT co to Australia Post22 hrs · Hey Guys, We are just hoping you could give an ETA for a parcel. It looks like it is just sitting in transit since Sunday. Tracking number is:336Q7000019702000960307.Kind regardsFINEPRINT co
Keeley Surenne to Australia Post22 hrs · I'm trying to locate a package that was sent from VIC on the 19th of May. It was coming to Sydney. According to the tracking it has sat at your Chullora depot since the 20th of May. I have lodged an enquiry but have not got a reply. The tracking number is VDQ0275493 and enquiry number is 11710520. I'd appreciate if you could look into this.
Nicola Jade to Australia Post22 hrs · Brisbane, QLD · So your contractor has decided to hold onto my parcel (I assume) as it's not at the post office and I've had no updates for it as of 534pm yesterday afternoon. Perhaps you should pay more attention to who you contract for these jobs as it just makes you, as a company, look incompetent.
Shaun Quayle to Australia Post22 hrs · Australia Post are useless. I had an important parcel being sent from Poland by registered post. Tracking info showed that it made it from Poland to Melbourne in 7 days. 14 days after it had been "accepted" in Melbourne it still had not made it to Bendigo, only two hours up the road. I called Aust Post "customer service" on the 14th day only to be told that they had not actually received it and it could have been unloaded in another country on the way! Called again on the 15th day and they told me "great news, it will be delivered to you today!" Really? So one day you say you don't have it and it could be in another country, but the very next day you say you will deliver it to me? Useless liars, that's all you are.
Lauren McIntosh to Australia Post22 hrs · When you have been home ALL day because you were notified your delivery was being made today! Car in driveway, front door open and even a note left on the door stating you are home so your package definitely gets delivered today ...Only for the delivery man/woman to not even attempt to deliver your package you NEED before you leave town this afternoon... instead just leaves a pick up slip in your letterbox???Who do you people hire? This is NOT the first time this has happened, in fact this is the only way we receive parcels since moving into this delivery area 11 months ago and I'm just SO OVER IT! Hire people who actually do their job... Please!!!!
Wil Taylor to Australia Post22 hrs · Just curious why do courier items posted from NSW to Melbourne have to go via QLD first? Has happened a few times. Do you guys have a sorting center up there or is it just your Sydney guys don't get that Melbourne is actually in Victoria? :p
Kayley Palmer to Australia Post23 hrs · As a collector I am extremely dissapointed in a pop vinyl I just received. Fair enough the sender could have packed it better ALTHOUGH another I ordered came in perfect condition. This looks like it has been sat on or a heavy parcel dumped on top of it because Australia post takes no care or pride in peoples belongings. Extremely frustrated and upset
Jeni Black to Australia Post23 hrs · Home all day... check my letter box and there was a notice saying I had to pick up something from the Post Office... No knock on the door.... why do they do that???
Jane Carey to Australia Post23 hrs · Please explain why, when a Registered Letter I posted, was registered in my My Post, with the tracking number, and with me to receive e-mail notification of its delivery, I wasn't notified it had been delivered ?
Becca Gilmartin to Australia Post23 hrs · I'm sorry Australia Post... but this is A JOKE. I'm shaking even as I write this. I "renewed" my passport at your Kensington Park store on a business trip and paid the 180 express renewal on 18th May. THE PASSPORT OFFICE DID NOT RECEIVE MY APPLICATION UNTIL THE 25TH MAY. The impact now is I am supposed to be flying on my first holiday in my adult life TOMORROW morning and am told by your staff the I have ZERO PERCENT CHANCE OF RECEIVING MY PASSPORT TODAY and the passport office refuses an emergency passport as my reason for travel isn't 'emergency worthy'. This is DEVASTATING to me. I WAS NEVER ADVISED BY YOUR SA LOCATION that there would be a delay in fact she said 'if you want it in 3 working days to do this method and I would have my passport'. I keep getting lectures over the 6 people I have spoken to via your company plus the passport office that I should have been told about the 'obvious delays' I would encounter etc etc which only makes me more upset about the whole shituation. Don't you think if I had been advised of all the things your staff are telling me I should have been advised on I wouldn't have just renewed my passport in Sydney at the office including picking it up myself??? I should be winding down for my first holiday in 20 years... instead my stress levels are beyond a joke all because of YOUR STAFF MEMBERS. I am travelling to celebrate my 40th and also the fact that I have just triumphed after a 'publisher' ran away with all my money and left me with nothing 3 days before my books were supposed to go to print. I have spent the past year starting from scratch including moving states, spending all my savings saving my reputation, working 16 hours days to redesign my books and publish myself as well as work my normal job. I have had 5 days off in the past 18 months and I have never been more excited about going away. Because of your INCOMPETENT STAFF I am staring at the possibility of having to use most of my spending money changing my flights because my passport is 'somewhere' and I can't even find out where to drive and pick it up. I have never been so LIVID in all my life!!! All Australia Post can say is 'wait for a phone call... thank you for your patience'. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. I have never vented publically nor done anything like this before... BUT I AM THE ONLY ONE BEING IMPACTED HERE AND ALL YOU ARE DOING FOR ME IS BEING TOLD YOUR STAFF WILL BE RE-TRAINED. Are their wages they will earn whilst being retrained going to come to me to recoup my horrible costs because of their stuff up? No. ABSOLUTE JOKE.
Chris Ho to Australia PostYesterday at 10:49am · Can I please ask how long it should take for a registered post to be delivered from Box Hill to Docklands, Victoria?
Beck White to Australia PostYesterday at 10:30am · I would like to know gow a vacant house that is up for sale could be considered a safe place to do a safe drop of a parcel
Kiera Jacob to Australia PostYesterday at 9:38am · Dear Head Office,Yesterday I was left appalled by the actions of one of your delivery drivers. I had ordered a rather expensive pair of shoes. When I filled out my address I had also included in the "other instruction" box that my front door faces onto the other street. Yesterday afternoon I could hear a ruckus only to look out of the window to see your delivery driver throwing my package over our huge fence. The proceed to quickly get in there van before I had a opportunity to go out there. I understand your drivers and extremely busy but if he had used come common sense and driven 2 meters around the corner he would find a front door and door bell. Extremely disappointed. I hope that this matter is address.Regards,Kiera Jacob
