Critically evaluate the discrepancies between reviews that list major structural flaws, operational defects and bad service, with the ones that don't.

For instance, the Load and Go PIN number didn't work, they took our money and 3 days later it's not in the account, and Australia Post staff, who only work 9-5 Mon to Fri not including public holidays, and don't know nothing about it care of the number we called on the card, but they told us we can call the Heritage bank in Scotland who run a foreign call centre and it's staffed by useless fucks who can't speak english - and we have been stuck in prison for 3 weeks in Bumfuck Nowhere, because we couldn't pay our hotel bill, cause the card, and the entire support system fucked up and we have had to spend $330 in the prisons coin phone, to make 25 hour long calls on hold, to idiots that have done nothing but fuck us around..


Compare these sorts of reviews with the spiels of apparent crap, that shines out the reviewers arses, such as, "It's all oh so wonderful - drinking booze in the shade, on a wonderful tropical holiday - one call - all working, never had a problem, don't know what the other people are talking about - la, la, la", types of glowing reviews - which sound a lot like Australia Post Shrills posting bogus "buy more of our product" sales pitches.

**Yah this is the last entry for this blog - BUT I am entering all the updates on 2nd of June 2017...


It's just that the picture of Australia Post going down in flames, and the "last customer" saying "Fuck this - I am leaving"......

What better sentiment could you have for a corporation that is SO corrupt, that it's choking on it's own shit, that the customers are ramming back down it's own throat, and is now on it's knees - gasping for air.......

Awwww Australia Post.... Terrific.  People are so impressed with the service given by so many people in Australia Post.... The universal "Attempted Delivery" card being placed in the mail box, when the driver not only didn't bring the parcel, they never even came and knocked on the door.... Outrageous prices........ Parcels and letters going missing..... Registered mail never arriving, or getting signed for by the contractor and disappearing.... The tracking system that doesn't..... Mail taking 3 weeks to be sent from one suburb to the next......  What could be politely described as the "Go fuck yourself" policies and customer service when things are damaged or stolen.....  Packages "that could not be delivered", that end up in some Post Office,  far away, and the staff there,don't give a shit, can't find it and stuff goes missing and the customers get the run around etc... And REALLY BAD customer service..... The National Call Centre's...

Post Offices + PO Boxes = Pffft.

We do not have a street delivery where we are. The local PO has told us that anything not addressed to our PO Box will no longer be put into our box but will be kept inside behind the counter as per Australia Post advice.  When I rang Australia Post to query this they said it is  NOT the case in an area where there is no street delivery (which is what we were told when we first got a PO Box) and it is the local PO who have made this decision, not Austpost. We took the PO Box in the first place so we could actually get our mail because we couldn't get to the shop when it was open! This new policy will affect a number of customers. Vitamin company Blackmores chief executive Christine Holgate will be the new chief executive at Australia Post. First comments: Ms Holgate said she felt privileged to be appointed as CEO of such an iconic Australian corporation and, "one of the most resilient and successful postal businesses anywhere in the world". What she really means that she is either completely out of touch with reality or is a weasel wording corporate bullshit artist.
