No one uses mail any more. 4. Their infrastructure (mostly fixed costs) and market share of the parcel market is rapidly declining - meaning that they have lost out to the competition, and the competition is beating them in every way. 5. Any fool ideas that Umm Ahh'd for Hours espouses, is just pissing into the wind, wasting everyone's time while he makes a fat pay check. 6. And adding more grand plans to make Australia Post profitable by taking over all these other "government services" like licenses, pensions, medicare, blah, blah, blah..... when your totally fucking up everything to do with what you already have - without fixing THAT first - means not only are you a bullshit artist, but your a fucking dumb bullshit artist. 7. "Um Ahhh'd for Hours" and Aidrian Turner are all talking shit. Mail has beasically vanished because there are now FAR better way to communicate and send documents, far more cheaply and almost instantly, than via posted documents. And Australia Posts generally piss poor service and continuing plummeting market share in the parcels division - well new and better hardware will make - in some ways for a better service, but it's more akin to reupholstering the couches on the Titanic... This line in the article, " This aim merges neatly with Australia Post’s desire to grow its already robust eCommerce. " - well it's a more or less outright lie, couched in etherial terms.  Australia Post's market share of the eCommerce market is stalling - and to jump from growing, to slowing, to stalling - the next step is failing. Adrian Turner's commentary is full of weasel words and crap - more like arseholes lining  each others pockets, and any "silicon valle...

Is that when they (one, a few or many) of them (People in Licensed Post Offices / head offices / normal ? post offices etc.,) do REALLY fucking shitty things to the customers; That a) IF the customer rolls over and takes their bullshit - they get away with their crap scott free, and the customer is fucked up and never comes back.... So Australia Post goes further into plug hole mode, faster than ever.... But b) If the human being, the customer, THE EMPLOYER, the payer of their wages, stands up for themselves, these retarded fucking arseholes in the head officee, INSTEAD OF: i) Cleaning up their act, and grovelling profusely by crawling on their knees over broken glass, begging for forgiveness from the customer; b) They actually go and MISUSE their commonwealth powers, to place every part of that persons life under police surveillance, tracking and reading every web page visited, every email ever written, all phone records, etc., etc., etc... For starters he is not smart enough. Secondly the entire management structure - as well as Professor Dangle Dick, the difference between them and a hot dog vendor, is they view the sausage and sauce as an optional extra. And when you get loads of genuinely stinking shit going on, the amount  of bullshit both imposed upon the customer and the instiutionalised crap they get when dealing with the issues - it's so overwhelmingly pervasive, that the traffic carried by the couriers etc., - they are all the customers that you have lost through bad attitudes and incompetence. They are not coming back. And as the volume of parcels falls, along side the letters, Australia Post will just  crash and burn. And you can tell For Hours is an idiot - any swindling scam artist who stitches up a grossly excessive pay deal for himself while working the slaves into the dirt, immediately sets himself apart from the team.... His infrastuctural changes, have too too little too late, and the delusions...

I have a 1.9kg parcel and I’m being charged 7.3kg!!!!! It’s a handbag not a brick! I know the supplier didn’t package this way and now I have to argue with auspost but they have no weekend customer service. Had I known I never would have used them.
