What customers really think about Australia Post - Awesome Not.

http://www.proprint.com.au/News/390182,aus-post-acts-after-complaint-tirade.aspx Luke R • a month ago Peter don't think Express Post is any better. We send 40-60 Express Post satchels a day and over 30% are NOT delivered the next day. Some take 2 days, some 3. We even had one sitting at the "St Leonards Sorting Centre" for 10 days before it arrived. And calling Post is totally futile exercise. What a joke they've become. Third world organisation. http://www.proprint.com.au/Feature/389911,mail-menopause.aspx MARKYMARK • 6 months ago My company put out over 8 million articles a year with AP. When it came to renewing our contract they had no interest in retaining our business, in fact in the meeting they said quote "You need us, we don't need you". After months and months of getting nowhere and AP constantly shifting the goal post and asking for price increases of over 50% it became impossible to work with AP. We took our business elsewhere and is going fro...

This is a good article.... The US postal service is doing unducements to get more business...

While the retard running Australia Post, with it's idiot former minsta for communications and now idiot prime minister, are dropping Australia Post into the sewerage system.... You know - lever the man hole open and let it go... And this article - mainly about the digital innovations that the USPS is including in their mail service - I am a dumb fuck - pencil + paper = letter, anything much beyond that - "Mmmmm more technical shit to keep on top of". So the first part was interesting.... The middle and end bits not so much... It might be if your really into that stuff, but not for me. And the comments section - more of what the people who are now, mostly EX users of Australia Post, are saying. I have left out the first few off topic comments... http://proprint.com.au/News/390215,mail-shock-us-post-encourages-mailing.aspx Mail shock: US Post encourages mailing 13 Apr 2016  |  Wayne Robinson ...

Stanhope Says, ..... I am just lost for words.... "Shop Elsewhere for mail and parcel deliveries?"

Stanhope: “Our core markets and our whole business model today are completely unrecognisable from 10 years ago.”   And customers appear to be noticing. It's corporate bullshit speak for "Australia Post has become so fucking bad, and the customers are fucking us off in droves and going else where - that we, "SS Puss Bucket Post" are now on the verge of sinking.". So Stanhope says this: And following on - customer feed back - like the customers are not going to kick your door in, and beat the living shit out of you and everyone in Australia Post who fucks them around in their places of employment - but they are NOT fucking happy.  In fact pretty much ALL of Australia is not fucking happy with Australia Post and it's IDIOT CEO. My Wring Delivery Went Wrong - or Thanks for stealing my shit Australia Post.

Image
Ok some chick sends her ring off for repairs to the jewelers via Australia Post. On the return leg - it gets stolen. Yeah - I am surprised that anyone in this day and age would even send used toilet paper through Australia Post... I mean it makes great compost... so it makes it stealing worthy - right. And no matter how it's sent, it's marked as "To Joe Blow Jewelers" - and it actually gets there...... (surprise) And for it to be returned, "To Customer - from Joe Blow Jewelers" I mean that is like leaving your wallet in the back seat of a crack whores car after a night of drunken fun.... "Hey did you find my wallet in the back seat of your car?" "Me? Nooooo I was out of town that night." Which is exactly the same crap you get from Australia Post after one of the arseholes working there knocks off your stuff. Australia Post - Drone Trash Talk

Image
This is a good article. About the only thing that is reasonable about this is deliveries by drone to the clay pigeon target shooting club. Aside from that - jesting aside, I could see drone delivery as being actually useful, but in such limited circumstances.... And it's fraught with complexities and problems, overheads and limitations. Even in rural areas, where it is relatively safe to fly drones, the distances are SO huge, and the payloads so small....  and Australia Post has a penchant for making everyone play "go fetch" to the post office, rather than deliver to Bum Fuck Nowhere places. And Umm Ahh'd For Hours, isn't bright enough to handle his joy stick, much less fly a drone or worse, organise a fleet of them along with deliveries. It's completely beyond him. But this is a good article worthy of contemplation and further thought. Australia Post’s drone plan is a ‘publicity ploy’ http://thenewdaily.com.au/life/2016/04/19/australia-post-might-delivering-m...

It's Australia Post's fault that this blog is failing as well.......

True. Australia Post is so shit, that not only do a great deal of people, not want to have to deal with them, they don't even want to complain about them or to see or read anything about them. So in one sense, I have succeeded, and so has this blog.... People don't want to read this blog, and the name "Australia Post" means that this blog is approached under sufferance and with disdain. To a consumer, looking for a dynamic, prompt, and effective delivery service, Australia Post is the absolute antithesis of "the business" that you want to be dealing with.  I also think that "Australia Post" - as a brand, as a going concern, is proof positive, that if you want your ratings to plummet off a cliff, then just run articles on Australia Post.... And after a huge collective groan, everyone will run - in the opposite direction. You know, "Australia Post? Oh noes" - and then have a Bex and a good lie down.

Umm Ahh'd For Hours - "I am a muslim!"

"I make $2 million dollar donation to the Islam History Museum..."(1) (Which just happened to be run by his brother, and his sister works in the kitchen - and it's tax deductible) His Islamic friends in Saudi Arabia clerics , say it's good that he is working to spread the influence of Islam in Australia. (2) In the Koran, Mohum-mad wrote: "You shall not play games of chance." (i.e. gambling) [Quran 2:219-220] They ask you about intoxicants and gambling: say, "In them there is a gross sin , and some benefits for the people. But their sinfulness far outweighs their benefit." They also ask you what to give to charity: say, "The excess." GOD thus clarifies the revelations for you, that you may reflect, upon this life and the Hereafter ... [Quran 5:90-91] O you who believe, intoxicants, and gambling, and the altars of idols, and the games of chance are abominations of the devil; you shall avoid them, that you may succeed . Turning Lemons in to Lemon Aid.

You get the local postie - who doesn't deserve the business, so he doesn't get it. You get the grubby "Crawly Incrowd" and their bullshit shop local campaigns. You get Ebay doing the "Click and Collect" campaign = no going to any post office to get anything. But unfortunately - they don't use companies like Toll etc., to do the delivering. They use Australia Post....... And the item was paid for on Tuesday - into the sellers account. The Ebay email came on Wednesday, saying the item would be ready to pick up at the collection point on Thursday... (It's an over night send) Come Thursday - no email saying, "Come pick it up" but I turned up anyway - just in case... No email Friday... No email Saturday or Sunday - "Oh yeah Australia Post doesn't do fuck all over the week ends...." Like the local post office only opens Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm... and is closed on Saturdays - when the most people come into town, than atany other ...

Ahmed Fahour - just gave a HUGE fucking slice of the mail service to the competition.

Ahmed or "Umm Ahh'd for Hours", the brightest light since the black out, well I can say, "He's not that sharp - quite dim actually..." Well his little exercise in social engineering, on the office white board, of introducing 3 day a week delivery and 2 speed mail  (slow and slower than possibly imaginable) along with huge price increases, - has had so many on going ramifications, not only did Umm Ahh'd for Hours - with his Six Million Dollar Mind, not actually think this through, I think his mind has never risen from being barely alive. Mr  Genius - has not only totally fucked up the client base, but the competition is now offering "The step forward" to "Fahours step backwards". And with the laws, not of exponential grow in the competition or trade loss in Australia Post that goes like 2 x 2 = 4 ---- 4 x 4 = 16 etc... but in what I call the exponentiated exponential - or the multiplied exponential growth of the competitions business a...

LNP man was preferred pick for Australia Post before advice

Haaaaa Haaaaaaaa Haaaaaaaaa - Malcolm "Money Bags" Turnbull, the Cayman Islands Financier, and the rest of the Liberal Party Stooges, do some "jobs for the boys" scamming behind the scenes to give one of their own a job as an Australia Post executive....... The Crawly Incrowd and their stinking nepotism. What a fucking con job. http://www.theaustralian.com.au/national-affairs/lnp-man-was-preferred-pick-for-australia-post-before-advice/ Senior bureaucrats had already signed off on possible candidates for the Australia Post board when advisers to Communications Minister Mitch Fifield suggested the list include conservative powerbroker Bruce McIver, government documents reveal.
