No updates received re action taken to locate missing parcel. Poor, poor, poor sevice by Australia Post. Ridiculous delivery times 1 out of 5, reviewed on Nov 28, 2016 I'm sorry but posting an item from the Gold Coast to Brisbane should not take a whole week. Yes. You heard right, a week. Last item from the same vendor still took 4 business days, including a detour via SYDNEY! You guys are a joke and you are hurting local business with your disgraceful service. I can get packages from the United Kingdom, literally the opposite...

If there is anything Australia Post has taught me...

When I encounter people who have the, "Oh it's not my job" attitude. I think, "Your right".

More Dickhead decisions from a Dickhead Management....

Yessssss more of the management of Australia Post and their low IQ shit, which is to stop the local sorting of the local mail, in the local post office, and pile it all into huge trucks, drive them hundreds and thousands of K's, to mail sorting centres, and then drive it ALLLLLLL the way back - which only adds several days to a week or two, to what should be a next day delivery - and it goes a long way towards closing more post offices down, and only encourages people to do their own "same day" mail deliveries, for those few not using email, or wholly using email, for those who are, rather than wait another fucking week, for what should have been a next day delivery... And "dear dick heads" - the management of Australia Post - worse (slower) service, = less Australia Post = less people going into the post offices = more shifting to email and private couriers. And this is another case of these idiots and their crap in action, hoovering up all the mail sorting, in...

Fahour and Stanhope pull their sausages.

While Australia post sails downstream, with staggeringly bad reviews from all angles, about all issues - Fahour and Stanhope are tugging away at the mutual stupidity BBQ. http://www.theaustralian.com.au/business/companies/australia-posts-ahmed-fahour-john-stanhope-get-chemistry-right/news-story/ Australia Post’s Ahmed Fahour, John Stanhope get chemistry right     Damon Kitney Almost seven years into his tenure at the helm of Australia Post, Ahmed Fahour clearly is not going anywhere — and that is music to the ears of chairman John Stanhope. “I don’t need this job. I want this job,” Fahour says with pride. “One of the major reasons why I stay in this role is because of this relationship.” He is talking about the past two years he has worked with Stanhope, the former career Telstra chief financial officer who began his working life at the Postmaster General’s Department in 1967 and took over as Australia Post chairman in November 2014. It is rare for the chief executive ...

http://www.productreview.com.au/p/australia-post.html Absolutely the worst. Rude rude rude! 1 out of 5, reviewed on Nov 24, 2016 I just paid $23.00 to send a a C5 sized envelope that weighed 100g to th US via the slowest shipping. $23 for something slightly bigger than a bloody letter! Australia post, I hope you and your greedy antics go bankrupt. I would much rather pay more for DHL than send stuff through AusPost, because it at least gets there. Oh, and their post men! Packages thrown at doors (caught on camera), not even bothering knocking at the door (I work from home, so I'm home EVERYDAY from 8am-5pm, yet how did I get carded for packages?) and broken items. I feel like every 2nd or 3rd package gets massively delayed 1 out of 5, reviewed on Nov 24, 2016 I feel like every 2nd or 3rd package gets massively delayed and here I am again. Tracking number X6R0016738. Picked up on 17th from Rydalmere and still not with me in St Peters. I could crawl on my hands and feet and get here ...

Another Day of Endless Bullshit at Fahours Afailure Post.

I get the feeling that Fahour and the rest of the dimwits are planting personal testimonies on the Aus Post Facebook Page - simply because the real feed back has a 50-60% "This is so bad we are leaving" rate of comments, from shit service, huge delays, and stuff being stolen; and the fucking dimwits are saying, "Oh Australia Post is Perfecto - everything comes on time, the service is so good, and we never have had any problems" - and some of the AAA ratings are from people now working for Australia Post. However - the blunter critiques include people who USED to work at Australia Post, who say, "Service + Standards = Years Ago. Got so bad, we quit. Service is now end to end, Total Shit - Using Officeworks / Sendle etc., NEVER using Australia Post again." - as all the other customers are. And the disparity is glaring.   More Info from the Australia Post Facebook Fan Club. Richard Badsey Hi, I'm still waiting for the email reply to the ticket number I lo...

Australia Post gives anal to cow.

http://www.heraldsun.com.au/news/national/australia-post-gives-readers-parcel-a-bum-steer/news-story/ Australia Post gives reader’s parcel a bum steer Matthew Connors, The Sunday Mail (Qld) November 13, 2016 1:00am AVID reader Peter Strack wants to throw the book at Australia Post after an order he placed with a Brisbane store was delivered to his Lockyer Valley home – via Victoria. Mr Strack, 59, ordered two books from bookseller QBD on November 1 and they were shipped the same day from Archerfield on Brisbane’s southside. A dismayed Peter Strack tracked two books he ordered from QBD – 100km from his home – as they made their way to Victoria and back. The Regency Downs resident was surprised two days later when he used the parcel tracking number to check on the delivery, only to see it was way down south in Sunshine West, Victoria. Oz Post sent Peter Strack’s cracker read on quite the journey. The parcel took a week to arrive from less than 100km from its original destination. Austral...

We do try to have parcels delivered first time, but with millions of different delivery points across Australia, we can't always anticipate the option that would be best for you. Australia Post issuing bonds?

This is suspect. ANZ = Thieves, + NAB = Thieves, + Australia Post = Thieves - now issuing bonds. And Australia Post's dismal "customer service ratings"..... It looks even more suspect. ANZ, NAB hired for Australia Post bond deal http://www.afr.com/street-talk/anz-nab-hired-for-australia-post-bond-deal-20161116-gsr5ak  Nov 17 2016 at 9:19 AM     By Sarah Thompson Anthony Macdonald Joyce Moullakis Australia Post is lining up an Australian dollar bond issue after mandating ANZ Banking Group and National Australia Bank to run a transaction. The issuer is rated AA- by Standard & Poor's, two notches below, the sovereign AA credit rating, and in line with the major banks. Earlier this week the rating agency expressed its confidence that Australia Post was managing the risks associated with its cost cutting programme, and was diversifying its earnings. It removed its negative outlook "because we believe the increased standard letter price and shift to a two-speed del...

I might start winding this blog down.

Australia Post really looks like it's on it's knees, gasping for air and about to topple face first onto the ground. And I have too many other things to do.

Australia Post fucked up sooooooooo badly with last years LATE xmas deliveries that....

Fat Head Fahour the magnificent, has decreed that we are gunna extent our crapfest of incompetence even more, in a little bit of a way, up to christmas... Well as far as I am concerned - Officeworks, Sendle, Toll and the local couriers are going to get all my business and Fahour and his team of duplititious dick heads can get fucked. Fahours patchup job on this years christmas deliveries, is like sticking a band aid on the arse of a long dead elephant. The collapse of Australia Post was showing through big time last year, and with the ever worsening state of Australia Post since then - the lip service restructuring won't make any difference. Not when the service is so fucked on all fronts and the customers are not coming back. http://www.psnews.com.au/aps/530/news/australia-post-delivers-on-parcels-trial Australia Post delivers on parcels trial Australia Post has announced the trial extension of parcel delivery hours in the lead-up to Christmas. According to the Agency, the trial w...
