While Mr Moron The Scam Artist pulls on his boots...

http://www.productreview.com.au/p/australia-post.html Baden. S Hobart Will never trusted there services again. 1 out of 5, reviewed on Feb 27, 2017 I recently moved to Hobart from Albury-Wodonga. To move my belongings to Hobart I sent most of what I own through Australia Post and am really dissatisfied with the results. My Playstation 4 was completely destroyed, like it had been run over by a folk lift. The moving box it arrived in was ripped in half and my Playstation was packed in the centre of my linen and somehow still smashed to pieces. The other package I received off Australia Post was a suitcase that contained most of my clothes and a 1 litter flask signed by Jimmy Russell the Mast er Distiller of wild turkey. The suitcase was covered in holes and completely bent out of shape and the flask was bent in half. I am extremely disappointed with the services and even more so be the response. Friday Afternoon I received a call from Australia Post stating that all they are willing to d...

Fahours Literisee and Numberacy Corse

10,000,000 complaints and nothing has registered. Perhaps he ought to move into the handicapped class, with all the other scam artists. https://www.facebook.com/australiapost/posts_to_page/ ‎Kristin Barr‎ to Australia Post Endeavour Hills · Not very impressed.... My international delivery from China still hasn't arrived and it landed in Australia on Jan 8th. The seller provided me with tracking details from their end showing the flight number it came in on and the date and time it was checked in at the Sydney courier sorting centre. From then it should have been delivered within 7-15days. Its now over a month after that timeframe. I buy a lot of things for my company online and some things do arrive late but this is ridiculous. I need my parcel found. Its clearly been lost. — feeling annoyed. ‎ Jacquelyn Dixon‎ to Australia Post You guys make me laugh. Well not really. Fahour - Perhaps your mind is too highly trained?

This script some how seems familiar. I have seen it all before. Another Time, Another Dimension   The Hitch Hiker's Guide to the Galaxy    Douglas Adams The hum level in the room suddenly increased as several ancillary bass driver units, mounted in sedately carved and varnished cabinet speakers around the room, cut in to give Deep Thought’s voice a little more power. ”All I wanted to say,” bellowed the computer, ”is that my circuits are now irrevocably committed to calculating the answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe, and Everything –” he paused and satisfied himself that he now had everyone’s attention, before continuing more quietly, ”but the programme will take me a little while to run.” Fook glanced impatiently at his watch. ”How long?” he said. ”Seven and a half million years,” said Deep Thought. Lunkwill and Fook blinked at each other. ”Seven and a half million years . . . !” they cried in chorus. ”Yes,” declaimed Deep Thought, ”I said I’d hav...

Bullshit artist Vs. Pragmatist. “One of the things that is sometimes lost among many people is the size and extent of this organisation. This is a very large organisation with a very large footprint,” he said. “It is fair to say it is a little bit more complex than running a fish-and-chip shop.”  Umm Ahh'd For Hours Ahmed Fahour quits. Oddly enough, only after the extent of his money grubbing bullshit - and the lies he and his grubby management team at Australia Post have resorted too, to cover up his incompetent cash grabbing crap - has all come to light. Bummer. Another 5 or 10 years in the job, another $80 or $300 million in wages, may the thieving would have had a stop put to it, and all my stolen shit would have been returned or at least compensated for. Proving only that Mr. Magnificent's talent for doing nothing except for lining his own pockets and telling the world how magnificent he is, would have advanced eventually into doing something useful for someone else for a change, if only he had of been able to gouge far more money than he already has, care of his scumbag buddies on the bored of directors, for a lot longer. Onto the next mission. Johnny and Ahmed playing CEO's - "Here Ahmee, let me give you another raise!" And so having more or less destroyed Australia Post entirely, now that Fa...

Shipping ONLY by Australia Post? = No Sale.

The greedy prick is coming unstick.

It's been a bad week for Fahour and the rest of Team Sleaze at Afailure Posts HQ.

Purchased Wednesday, Delivered Friday. Yay Toll!

Yah - Purchased late Wednesday, from a place ~600K away... Explicitly  asked for delivery by courier - NOT Australia Post. Rather "casual" with their mail outs - kind of not expecting anything to arrive until say, Tuesday next week. Not in a bad way - that's just how their sales / ware housing / waiting for fresh stock to come in - kind of process. Here on Friday care of Toll Freight. And considering the very delicate nature and size of the product, as well as the supplier waiting for fresh stock to arrive, prior to sending it on.... Rather surprised at the speed of it all actually.  Not pissy about it, but as these parts involve atmospheric pressure measuring + research + pencil to paper calculating (lots) + compensation for temperature + measuring 4 pressure types, from partial vacuum, atmospheric pressure, and two other pressure sources - using about $50 of raw materials - because I really both enjoy creating and I refuse to be royally arse fucked by  some companies se...

Express Post - the More YOU pay, The SLOWER it goes.

http://www.productreview.com.au/p/australia-post.html kc Sandgate 2 reviews 1 comment 5 helpful votes Express Post - don't waste your money 1 out of 5 , reviewed on Feb 15, 2017 This is a complaint that has been building up over a long time.  I have to send express post docs and satchels all over Australia.  Mostly to metro areas, as designated on the back of the envelopes. Not one ever arrives on time.  My latest satistics show that 72% arrive up to 1 day late.  The remaining 28% are more than 1 day late.  My reason for this post is my latest catastrophic failure by Australia Post is a satchel going from Cedar Creek QLD to Brisbane GPO has taken 8 days so far.  NOT GOOD ENOUGH...

Nil customer service at Auspost outlet

http://www.productreview.com.au/p/australia-post.html Jay1 Nil customer service at Auspost outlet 1 out of 5 , reviewed on Feb 16, 2017 I went to Auspost to pick up parcels, I mentioned that we are home all days this week but still post man left ”we miss you” Card.    The lady whose is not so good with English but very good at being rude, rudely replied that I am not only the one who face this and I should come to post office to pick it up.    This happened just a week after I saw the news that Auspost CEO gets paid ridiculous amount of salary!!!    Not happy.

But somehow 5 days later my parcel has not arrived.    I am so outraged by your service that from now on will refuse to use your service if I can avoid it.    You pay your CEO millions and he can't even run a business properly.    No wonder why you are losing money, get your act together and start actually doing your job properly. Just what the customersd ordered.

http://www.productreview.com.au/p/australia-post.html Rebel Melbourne Completely useless 1 out of 5 , reviewed on Feb 16, 2017   They never bother to deliver - just leave the 'pick up parcel' card.    Post office isn't open outside of work hours.    Return items if they haven't been picked up within a couple of weeks.    Cannot wait until theses incumbents cease to have a monopoly - they need some serious competition to up the standard.

The Moron Management says "Missing in Action - No tracking traction."

The moron management, the duplicitious double dipping self serving dip shit management of Australia Post, have declared that they are upgrading the tracking system. You know the tracking system, or more likely REMEMBER that tracking system. Where you got ripped off badly to get your soon to be stolen stuff tracked, fuck all ever got scanned it, lots and lots of shit got stolen along the way, and if it didn't get stolen prior to being scanned in - it if ever was, the only tracking was when the item was scanned in or delivered to, and signed for, by "Puknose Hoo" (the imaginary friend of Light Fingers the postie) 3 suburbs away, from your delivery address - which is where you (never) lived - but you had signed for it, with a different signature - as is your usual habit, when you sign for packages, at a different address, in a different suburb, in a different state, when you were actually at work, while the thieving arseholes at Australia Post, say you were at home to sign f...

Tracking

Terrible service.

http://www.productreview.com.au/p/australia-post.html Nathan mildura Terrible service. 1 out of 5 , reviewed on Feb 15, 2017   On January 7th I purchased an item off ebay which I never recieved.    I waited until the 17th without hearing anything, then checked the tracking number which said it was already awaiting collection at the post office.    I proceeded to the post office but was told the package had already been picked up by a J. Disappointing and incompetent

http://www.productreview.com.au/p/australia-post.html John T 1 review 1 helpful vote Disappointing and incompetent 1 out of 5 , reviewed on Feb 14, 2017 I was to receive a package by express post. The sender sent the package on the same day, for it to arrive the next day.  Australia Post ended up sending the package back to the sender across the country, then back to my city, and it is again being sent somewhere and the Auspost team doesn't even know where it is anymore.  Completely incompetent. And this is "Express post".

I know why the CEO is being paid A$5.6 million a year

http://www.productreview.com.au/p/australia-post.html iMan     5 reviews     7 comments     1 question     3 helpful votes I know why the CEO is being paid A$5.6 million a year 1 out of 5, reviewed on Feb 10, 2017 Australia Post justified A$5.6 million bonus for their CEO by saying "That number, it has his base salary, it's got some short-term incentives which he earned because the company went from loss to profit in the '16 year". I can explain why. When you charge clients for services you don't provide, you make a profit. When you sell express post but deliver in a week instead of 3 days, it means you are not providing express service. Last time I used express post my parcel took three weeks to arrive from Adelaide to a parcel locker in Sydney CBD. I guess they are using Kangaroos to deliver parcels. No fuel, no superannuation, no tax, of course they make a profit. Now I am waiting for another express parcel from Melbourne si...

Ahmed Fahour is a liar, a cheat, and a thief.

http://www.proprint.com.au/News/390880,auspost-chief-in-line-for-mega-super.aspx AusPost chief in line for mega super 13 Feb 2017 |  Athina Mallis   |   Comment now Under fire AusPost boss Ahmed Fahour – who earns ten times more than the prime minister – would receive a super payout if he retires today of $8.4m, and if he leaves when he is 60 it will have risen to $14.4m. The revelation of the unprecedented payout coming Fahour’s way has left print and mailing house bosses crying into their beers, with one summing up the feeling in the industry, describing it as ‘a farce’. The super-sized super payout comes as Fahour joined AusPost in 2010, two years before the defined benefits scheme – designed to give ordinary posties earning $50,000 a year a lump sum after 30 years employment – was altered Fahour and his extensive PR team fought tooth and nail to keep his $5.6m salary package confidential, even though he is a public servant paid by the taxpayer, but the lates...

Fucking USELESSSSSSSS!

https://www.facebook.com/australiapost/ ‎Susan Forman‎ to  Australia Post February 11 at 1:21pm · Utterly useless!! On Monday 6 February I requested that a parcel be transferred to my local post office from the delivery centre as I cannot get to DC within business hours. I was advised it would take 2-3 business days. Phone operator issued me with a case number. I have attended my local post office this morning to collect the parcel and they have no record of it. When they put the tracking number into the computer they advised that the parcel was STILL sitting at the delivery centre. USELESS!!!!

Australia Post promoted 'Multi-Currency Cash Passport' Mastercard for OS travel - pure bullshit, run by morons.

https://www.facebook.com/australiapost/posts_to_page/ ‎Rob Brew‎ to  Australia Post February 11 at 1:11pm · Canberra, ACT · Obtained Australia Post promoted 'Multi-Currency Cash Passport' Mastercard for OS travel over Nov 2016 to Feb 2017 period. Noting Australia Post don't own the service and they act as an agent, my experience tells me there are less complex and more user friendly options available. One of my cards simply stopped working while OS (it just stopped allowing ATM withdrawals). Additionally, the card management process of getting funds onto the card, cashing it out, etc are convoluted, cumbersome and not user friendly. Further, calling the customer service number takes you through a lengthy automated ID confirmation process and when you finally get through to the appropriate area to speak to a human, they then conduct a further, even longer ID confirmation process. All up just under 4 mins of choosing options, answering security questions even before they addr...

Thieving, lying cunts - it's only 3 words.

https://www.facebook.com/australiapost/posts_to_page/ ‎Nathan Ernest‎ to  Australia Post February 11 at 10:31pm · I really cannot believe how bad you are. I would love it you could do one thing right for us. Missing parcels, no accountability, no proof of tracking. Disgraceful. You say a parcel has been delivered but nothing has come here. You put the blame on every other scenario except the most likely one where it is YOU that have made the mistake. This morning in my local post office I was told that if the tracking record says delivered then it's out of their hands! I explained to her that a computer system saying it's delivered is not a true indication that it actually has been delivered to my address but she couldn't seem to follow my logic on. Here are some of the excuses you have provided so far: 1. "The sender must have put the wrong address" - I asked you to verify for me where it was delivered but you claim you don't have a record of that, which is n...

Fahour the Thief - boots are aiming for his teeth.

Image
I'd like to see the staff of Australia Post get Fahour, and the rest of the thieving executive, and the bored of directors (all fucking thieves) - and give them all a big school yard style kicking - out of their offices, down the stairs and into the gutter out the front of the building.... Why not? He is a thief, and his mozzie mates from Sewer Arabia (horrendous buyers of UK and US arms industries) are fucking awesomely good at spreading the true image of Islum - the Sharia Whore - of cutting the heads off people who say, "I don't believe in this cult based bullshit". So it's OK - Fahour understands Sharia Whore and giving people beatings. If he cops it, it's fine. It's the will of Allah a Snack Bar. Note the cunts doing a 10:1 laying in of the boots. Islum is a religion of piss. So totally get involved in getting a new CEO, executive, and bored of directors, who are not a pack of self serving, thieving, lying arseholes. Ahmed's mozzie mates are here ...
